Cast Member Appreciation Cards

Does anyone have a link that was posted a couple of years ago regarding cast member appreciation cards? The cards were of various designs, a little bigger than business cards and would have something like

"Thanks for making our stay magical"
We would sign it with our last name and add the date
" The Lively's March 2009"

If not-does anyone know how to go back and search for your old requests?

The search function never seems to work for me. I hope someone else knows...these cards sound cute!

I know they are there and I can't find them.. I used them for my other trip, and would like them for my upcoming one...hope someone comes to the rescue
