Cast in Bronze ?

We pulled out our holiday CD's last weekend and we have a CD by Cast in Bronze. I was wondering if anyone knows if he is going to be at EPCOT agin this year. He is the guy with all the bells in a machine he made and plays them like a keyboard. He is very good and the bells sound wonderful. They had him set up by the tree by the lake in EPCOT.

When I was there the other day I was talking to the cart-vendor that's right there (where they sell the cashews) and he said that yes, Cast In Bronze is going to be there!

The instrument, btw, is called a Carillon. If you ever get a chance to speak with the guy that plays it, he has a very interesting story to tell about just how it came to his possession....fascinating

Thanks Donna. We did get to hear the story. I think it was 2 years ago. He is worth the effort to hear. I love to watch him pley it. He had on weightlifting gloves on to protect his hands. I hope to be able to tape him this year. We got a new toy, a digital camcorder. We will be at the world on Sun!!!!

Yes, Cast in Bronze will be returning this holiday season at Epcot!
You can catch them at 3:45 and 4:40 pm and right before the official Lights of Winter and Epcot Tree Lighting Ceremony every evening at 5:55 pm.
Make sure you hear them, if you can. Especially for the tree lighting.

I heard them a few years ago, and they were excellent! I can't imagine being able to play those huge bells like that!
