#cast compliments no longer monitored

We had an amazing trip this past weekend at Yacht Club...while there were a couple of "issues", we always make a point of sending out #castcompliment on our trips to recognize those who go above and beyond.

I noticed when I tweeted, it said that the account was no longer being monitored. Does anyone know where we send compliments to make sure these people get recognized? I remember seeing there was an email but not sure what it is.

Did you use @WDWGuestService?

That account is being monitored. I traded messages with a cast member at that handle last week. She did say that to ensure someone gets the message in a timely manner that it would be best to send it as a DM as well.

Thanks I hope this would be the way to thank DIsney for streaming nightly Happy Ever After Fireworks from 6-10 in resort guest rooms. I also plan to “Wish” for Halloween Firework stream & Holiday too! Although I suspect I am the only one that knows about the live stream since it isn’t mentioned anywhere...

To the original poster, that is very kind you want to commend a castmember to show appreciation. I think it is important for the castmember to receive compliments and means a lot to them.

ESPECIALLY in theses times when the Cast is taking so much abuse from Guests over mask compliance-we have seen just some horrible behavior by Guests to Cast.

WDWGuestService is part of the still furloughed team. If you are at the parks wing by guest relations and leave a note or if it isn't too busy ask to speak to a coordinator or manager of the area you are in and tell them in person
