Well, it's that time folks!!!

It's a really good feeling knowing that we will be leaving on a plane in exactly 12 hours from now, my house is sparkling clean, all my chores are done and we are 99% packed!!!

Here is a pic of my countdown timer on my computer screen

Kira opened her very last bag today and put the last Mickey sticker on her calendar!!!

I was a little PO'd this morning because United changed planes on us and our seats no longer exist so they moved us and split us up!! Kira and I are in the window and middle together and then Rob is in the same row but at the other window seat, 4 people away from us

I called this morning to see if I could change it but they said they were completely booked up. I'm hoping someone will switch with us when we get on the plane because I doubt anyone would willingly sit next to a 2-year old


Kira is just going to bed now and Rob and I will follow suit in a couple of hours. I will be up at 3AM to get ready and all packed up and then we will wake Kira at 4AM and gone to the airport by 4:15AM. Our flight is leaving at 6:30 and we have check-in/US Customs/Security/Tim Horton's coffee for Rob to do in just over an hour's time

I used to work at the airport so I know that the busy time is 5AM-7AM so we are getting there just before Customs opens to make sure we have enough time!

In my best Ruby voice....

After supper Kira got to make her first snowman of the year. Yup, we have that much snow now!!

I am gonna get funny looks in the morning when I arrive at the airport in shorts and sandals LOL!

Ok, that's me done with this Pre-Trippie!!! Thanks to all of you who stuck around and helped make the wait tolerable!!

I will try to post a few small updates while we are there but I think I may start a new thread for that, this one is getting a little long

I don't think I would balk about sitting next to a 2 year old cutie but I would hope that most people would let a family sit together! If you had Rob sitting by her and you alone I bet they would want Momma to sit with them. \

We made it safe and sound. We got to sit together on the plane Kira did well until the last hour on the second flight. Poor kid had a long day.

She fell asleep after being in the rental car for all of 6 minutes, that kid sure likes the motion of a vehicle.

It was a tough travel day but once we got in that van and crossed those Magical Disney arches, it's been ever since!!

Breakfast at RFC tomorrow and then AK

Time to pass out now

Man, I wish I could stay here at AKV forever!!!

It was a very hot and humid day today!! Everyone kept saying that it was going to rain but it was dry all day until about 7pm and then it rained a little

We had a fabulous day at AK

So very sad to check out of AKV tomorrow

Next trip we are staying the whole time here

Our only disappointment today was that the Boneyard was closed We were so looking forward to digging in Dinoland with Kira but it looks like it will be closed for awhile
