So, this is sort of for a personal record, but I'd love some advice and stories if you have any! :worship:

Pre-pregnancy: 92
23 weeks 2 days: 101

Guess I'm going to be late for gaining the proper amount of weight.

Drinking cow's milk is pregnancy is associated with weight gain, even compared to foods with similar makeup. I would suggest good healthy fats (olive oil, fatty fish, raw nuts, butter, avocado, coconut oil) in good amounts, and lots of protein in your diet. Hope that helps!

Hey!!!
I am here to this forum and i get more information about the fitness of the body and health from this thread.Different people use the different method and diets for the gain the weight but HCG diet so good and effective diet for gain the mass and body muscles...

So, I finally got to the pound a week goal that I need, and things are looking amazing - one month I gained 3.5, the next 4!
It will be smooth sailing if I keep up to a pound a week. :thumbsup2

Had my anatomy and gender ultrasound - all fingers and toes accounted for and we're having a little lady! :cool1:
This stubborn little lady took 13 days to implant, so we are moved back to Nov 30th and right now I am 21 weeks 6 days.

Thank you, lovely~
I've been sticking to that since the beginning, but it was kind of rough when I spent the first trimester not interested in food and vomiting all the time! :lmao:

Just got 102.5 on the scale - but after some water and food.
Estimating 102, so 10 pounds total! :cool1:

Wooh! 30 and a half weeks and 20 pounds gained!
Yippee!
Don't have to worry about it as much because I've finally gained a significant amount.:goodvibes

I'm bad at updating!!!

Hi there,

Don't worry so much about gaining a specific amount of weight. Your doctor will tell you if there is something to worry about.

I gained 18 lbs with my first and 13 with my second and that was with an almost 10 lbs baby, and that was perfectly fine for ME accordingy to my doc. I lost a lot of weight in the begining due to being sick and that total weight gain was fine for me (and I was normal weight to begin with).

If you're worried about weight gain, ask your doctor, but I wouldn't be trying to gain a lot of extra weight if it isn't necessary, or if you're doctor isn't telling you to.
