How long does it take to get the card in the mail once you request it?

Not 100% sure, but I remember reading that one person got theirs in 2 weeks and another in 8.

We got our card in about 10 days. We used it when we booked our trip. I just reloaded it and the reload was instant on the Chase web site.

I'm still waiting on mine.....I ordered it 2 weeks ago, and the timeline they gave me upon ordering showed that it should be here before my trip (we leave Thursday). I called yesterday to see if they could tell me when it had shipped....and they couldn't. They said that if it didn't arrive in time, I could go somewhere @ WDW and request a new rewards card. They could put the balance on that card and cancel the one that didn't arrive in time.....

I've got one more day to watch the mailbox!!!! *fingers crossed!*

Last year we went to Downtown Disney and got our card and they loaded the points right there. It took about 10 minutes. We had to show them the Visa card. It was really easy.

We picked ours up at MK guest relations - it took about 10 minutes and a phone call. Really easy/ no big deal. It was nice not to have to wait for it to arrive.

Ours have never taken more than about 10 days. But like other people have said, we were told if it didn't arrive in time, we could get one at WDW.

I forgot mine at home one year and was able to get a replacement in DTD, no problem.

you can get the card at the magic kingdom guest services.
You however then you have to access your account and do a points tranfer onto the card. We do things on the web, so we did it back at the hotel.

I suspect you can call and have the transfer done, anyone elaborate and confirm that.

Opened the mail, activated the card, made an instant transfer of the rest of my rewards online, and then paid off my trip....all in 8 minutes!

I have never booked, paid deposit, and balance all at once before....boy there is something to be said for a 'last minute' trip!!! Less waiting!!!!!

Where did you order it online? I thought remember seeing it at some point, but cannot find it today!
