The WDW site finally has the rates for cash rooms going into 2010 for anyone who likes to compare. I found my stay at OKW cash price would be $2,323.00 (which includes tax. Does the cash guest pay a nightly resort fee?) This is how I figure out my DVC value, by seeing what the exact trip would have cost in cash. I know it isn't super scientific, but it works for me.
