I have a cash room as a wait list for DVC studio. If my waitlist comes through will the dining reservations, I may when I have my cash room be canceled.

No the dinning will not be canceled. You dont have to be staying at a Disney resort in order to make dinning reservations. They are two seperate booking systems.

No. Having the resort reservation only opens your 60+length of stay booking window. It's not otherwise connected to your ADRs. And especially, since you'll have the DVC reservation before you cancel the cash one, the ADRs won't be affected.

Isn’t it now 60 + length of stay, but up to 10? Isn’t that why split stays don’t work anymore for unlocking dates for the second part?

Yes, you’re right. I changed it to 60+length of stay.
