Cash reservation - when can I?

when, time wise can you book a cash reservation, going next July and we booked last year at this time but when I phoned today she said the system won't allow cash reservations , she was really helpful and didn't understand why. wondering if its to do with the new booking systems because we have managed to booked for the past 3 years

Cash through MS depends on how many rooms they believe will NOT be needed for points reservations. They have some type of formula they use.

Try again in a few weeks. They may not yet have dcided how many cash reservations to allow for next July for your resort.
