Cash guests staying at DVC.

When a guest pays cash at a DVC resort, does any of that money get applied towards maintenance for that resort? Or does it all go to Disney? If part of it does go towards our maintenance, does anyone know the percentage?
If it does not, aren't we paying for maintenance on our rooms/grounds etc... for cash guests as well as our fellow owners?

It shows up on the annual statement as breakage income. You can see the percentages per resort every year. We aren't subsidizing non-members usage. Quite the contrary, this income helps defray the costs to us.

If I got any of this wrong, someone will clarify.

The only note is Breakage income is limited to a specific percentage.

The maint on that room has been paid either by DVC or a member depending on who owns the unit that ended up for cash, same as when a member exchanges with RCI.
