Cash for concierge?

Can you add concierge at the Disneyland Hotel or Paradise Pier Hotel if you use points for your room? Before we bought DVC we would use concierge a number of times and would like to do so again in the future. Even though we're DVC now, we spent many a night at the DL Hotel and the PP and have many pleasant memories and would like to stay in those hotels once in a while.

I did a search for this same question and am hoping someone will have some information on the subject. We are planning a trip for next summer and are trying to decide what to do. I know it would be better to rent our points and pay cash but some recent threads have me nervous about the rental process.

You could in 2009, but it doesn't look like you can in 2010 or 2011.

That's what i was afraid of. We used our points in 2008 to stay club level at GCH and it wasn't a bad deal at 50pt a night. Even if there is availabilty at GCV at 7 months it would be a better deal for our family to use our points at DLH or PP.
