Cash Discount

I have never booked a cash room. What type of discount do we get for a cash res at DVC Resorts?

Discount is 25% off the "rack rate", when available. Availability varies. We recently spent 3 nights at VB using this discount.

I have a 2bedroom booked at OKW since July 2002 on cash for May 2003 and have not yet managed to get the discount.
But I will keep trying

I think when avail is key. I have 3 nights at OKW in Feb on points and 1 on cash (no discount) . The 1 night is costing me more than my 3 nights put together. (Now if that isn't the greatest DVC advertisement, I don't know what is )

BTW, if you are on cash because there are no DVC rooms available, they recommended me to be on the 7 day on call waitlist and keep checking back in the last 7 days. DVC cash ressie do not requer a deposit (just a cc to hold them) and can be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.

Got one last year at VWL dedicated 2BR for 11/29/02 and 11/30/02 (Friday and Saturday nights). Saved plenty of points to invite relatives.
