Cash booking discounts

I thought I've heard in the past that DVC members can book reservations using cash and get a discount. Is that true and does that apply to all DVC resorts such as Aulani?

They are not always available and are not available at all for some villa categories. Call MS and ask.

I just paid for 2 nights at HHI for a 2 bedroom, I called MS everyday for a week and a half until the discount was available for the 2 bedroom. every day i called there was a discount for the studio and 1 bedroom but not the 2 bedroom. So my point is, different room categories are not always offered at the same time so it may take multiple calls until one is available.
