Casey's at MK just reopened after a rehab. They took out the bleachers & added more tables. However, the tables appear to be super cramped (as if you could reach an arm out and touch the person sitting next to you). This also will cut back on the ease of using the stores as another route in/out during parades. What do you think about this change?

Sad in both fronts. While I never sat in the bleachers, I thought they were a unique feature. And cluttering up the escape route with tables... Big thumbs down.

So sad for this news. One of my favorite memories of our trip was sitting at Casey's on the bleachers and eating. It was on my list of things to do this year. So upset.

First off I must state that I think Casey's is one of the worst places to eat on property. Their hot dogs just aren't good.

From the refurb standpoint...tables is a good idea but I agree with Nikki that they are really smashed together. I also don't like that they got rid of the cartoons. That was something special.

I also agree with Nikki that this will impact using it as a quick-through during a parade...that was such a nice "secret"

I wonder if the closed off the entrance to the shops to stop people bringing food into them? As for the bleachers well they were kind of neat they aren't exactly the most comfortable thing to sit on and eat.

Sad...As kids going to Casey's and sitting on the bleachers was a traditional "down time" spot for us in the parks. That was also our "if you are lost" meeting place.

The entrance to the shops isn't closed off -- the comment is that it's harder to cut through Casey's because there's (currently) more tables in the space.

Still they could have done it to prevent people from bring food into the shops. Personally I felt it was kind of odd having the shops empty into a counter service restaurant.

It's sad to me to have taken the benches out and the cartoons...I liked them.

If I remember right, when I went to WDW in the mid 1970s and I could have a bad memory, that part of the bleachers and surrounding area of Casey's also contained old time penny arcade games and machines that you could really insert $ into and they worked. This was there besides the bleachers and the movie screen..I remember you could enter the arcade game bleacher area thru the stores, Casey's or the outside patio entrance just as you can today...

I'm sad to see the bleachers go. We loved sitting there to eat. Did they really take the goofy shorts out, too?? That was half the fun of Casey's!
