A little off topic, but think back to the Perry Mason days on TV. Can you imagine everyone in the courtroom always having a bottle of water in their hand? When did society evolve into having water bottles attached to the end of their arm every moment of the day???

My DH cracked up when I told him this trial had Judge Perry and Chaney Mason involved. What are the odds?

How was the state supposed to know that she was going to suddenly lie for Casey when she started out telling the truth?

She stated the same thing in her deposition 2 years ago. The state had the time to prepare for this.

That being said. I'm glad HHJP is allowing her work history in. Cindy should be charged IMO.

According to my Mom, they had water pitchers and cups on the desk back in the Perry Mason days. They do a lot of talking and must get dehydrated, so I'm sure need water.
