There is no way the defense case can wrap up today if Casey testifies. Ashton would have her up there for days on cross.

Also anyone hear Ashton say that HE could argue that in closing? Does that mean he is doing the closing?

Actually, if I'm understanding correctly, the prosecution would be limited by what the defense asks, so if they ask her only 1-2 questions, the prosecution would be limited by the scope of those questions. Of course, she could be up there all day due to the eternal sidebars that would ensue.
