I looked up surplusage. It is a word in court.

now that the state has destroyed another defense witness, Jose Baez is calling it unfair behavior.

Mr. Baez doesnt like instructions. But judge that is a jab against us.

Another Jugde Perry saying:

Notice how Judge brought up a case where the defendant was convicted of murder and sentenced to die over a piece of evidence used in a similar way as Jose was trying to do. Ruling was reversed because of that.


Jose trying to say not the same...


But all I hear is how he wants to use something out of context to show knowledge of something---just how he utilized all the rest of his evidence.
