is anyone else watching Vinnie Politan on HLN? He went to area where Dom Casey and Hoover searched for the body with the video footage. He paced approx 60 yards (counting the footsteps the whole time) ending where Roy Kronk found the body. It was clear, that Casey & Hoover was searching in the wrong area. My fingers are crossed that the prosecution calls as a witness during the rebuttal. Within a matter of minutes, Vinnie proved the defense WRONG.

I'm watching. Wonder if the prosecution has some of their assistants and paras watching these legal analysts at night and giving them info? Some of it's useful stuff.

I was in downtown Orlando on Orange Avenue - so I decided to go see what I could see of the circus at the court house.

There are media tents set up across the street:

Another media tent across the street - looks like they were doing a live shot. You can see how they are built up on scaffolding so the backdrop is they building behind them and not the traffic going by:

I think they were joking about calling him as a witness, but what he did was phenomenal!


If they cannot bring the jury to the woods....bring the woods to the jury via video! It totally cancels out the PI's.

I knew they were off...but until Vinnie's video, I had no idea how far it truly was. Wow!

Driving past was no problem. Everything is out of the street. I was hoping for some slow down or red lights as I was taking pictures, but I was denied!

Looks like Nicole's strong grip on your finger indicates she's as tenacious as her momma. And I love seeing big sister looking out for little sis. Hang in there & keep your sense of humor (spf100).

Okay give me a break!! Would a normal not-guilty mother be happy all the time while stuck in jail for over 2 years??????

I remember a guy in MA I think who was in prison for hammering a woman to death. Got out for good behavior..."model prisoner". Hammered another woman to death. I guess the "good behavior" only applied in the absence of a woman and a hammer.

I agree, all I can come up with is this supporting defense's theory of ICA being competent and paving the way for the grief counselor's opinion.

And the point is.......???

I've mentioned before that we visit an inmate on death row. He does not go around moping all day, and in fact is usually very cheerful, happy, and laughing when we have visits.

Wow, interesting POV & thanks for sharing. When one has little contact with the outside world, it's logical to make any interaction pleasant. (Please don't hold it against me that I used the word "logic" in relation to KC.)

Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

I went to the dr. today and she said she suspects gall stones, so I go Thursday morning to get an ultrasound. Then I go see the dr. again around July 12th to see what needs to be done. Until then, I need to eat a very strict low fat diet. Dinner the night before the ultrasound needs to be no fat at all, so I'll be eating grilled veggies and brown rice in nonfat chicken stock.

I wasn't too impressed with the witnesses the defense had on today.
