I don't get this. I can see the defense trying to show that she is always a happy go lucky person no matter what, to explain her partying but why without the jury?

I've mentioned before that we visit an inmate on death row. He does not go around moping all day, and in fact is usually very cheerful, happy, and laughing when we have visits.

I remember a guy in MA I think who was in prison for hammering a woman to death. Got out for good behavior..."model prisoner". Hammered another woman to death. I guess the "good behavior" only applied in the absence of a woman and a hammer.
