I know...I dread every year/every other year when we go in August. Darn kids and school! But, youngest graduated HS, DH and I just got APs so we're looking forward to hopefully going back in October for Food/Wine and Halloween. We used to always go Thanksgiving through first week in December.

Wonder where the jury is going tonight? I want to go!

Are they claiming Casey is happy in jail because she's safe from George there, or away from her family??

Didn't the competency motion find her competent to stand trial, now he is questioning the corrections officers?

Moon says he has to engage with inmates and that shes always been pleasant,smiling,happy

JB does her being locked up under those conditions does her demeanor seem different than what you think it should be--my job is care custody and control..inmate behavior doesnt interest me unless they act up...her behavior is the same as all inmates in that area

JB have you spoken to her outside of the times youre supposed to--yes

she always pleasant and happy---yes

despite her current situation--yes

this behavior has been constant from october till today--yes never changed...same person she is constant not up or down always smiles and always pleasant

What is the point of questioning a witness without the jury being present? Is it so they can call the witness back in front of the jury to testify what they said without the jury present? Does this make sense?

I am behind and watching---but what is the purpose of this?

Don't guilty people get let go for good behavior all the time?

I'd be standing at my cell door screaming at the top of my lungs every single day that I was NOT GUILTY! My child is dead and they are trying to frame me for the murder and I am HAPPY every day??

What is the point of questioning a witness without the jury being present? Is it so they can call the witness back in front of the jury to testify what they said without the jury present? Does this make sense?

They are Proffering to see if testimony is irrelevant. Jury is out so jury is not biased in case the testimony is not permitted. If it were, they would requesting the witness with the jury present.
