I was unable to watch HLN this morning, can anyone tell me why there is a police officer standing in back of Casey in the court room?

I noticed it earlier too. That officer is so close to Casey that she could literally reach out and grab her. Maybe she had another outburst. Who knows.

This has to be getting old for the jury. Mason should have gotten with it long ago!

I know Kronk knows they are saying the money was his motive for something awful. But if he didn't do anything with Caylee he should have admitted his indiscretions and says he was excited about the finding and the dough. Just say he is a kinda crass or something but not a body snatcher!

If they offer a reward are you not supposed to want it or take it? And wouldn't you want the money asap not hide a body for later? I imagine he would have followed up in Aug if he was after the money, and made sure they found her then.

He did not move that body.

I hope the jury notices that Casey Anthony shows no emotion when they are talking about poking her daughter's skull. It makes me sick to watch her. I have always thought I couldn't be on a DP case because it would be hard for me to decide. Now I know that I could vote YES for the DP.

We are in the process of buying in new refrigerator. It really pains me to spend $1200 plus on something to keep food in. I think I will head out and look for dead bodies in the woods so I can cash in on the reward money. I'm sure it will be well worth having my name drug through the mud.

I too noticed Kronk's testimony changes. putting him closer and closer to the remains. I figured he got up there and touched it to see finally what it was and now he has admitted he got up close.

I don't find Kronk all that believable and he seems to be dancing around questions.

I think Roy Kronk has been so vilified and put out there as a "morally bankrupt man" that he's afraid to admit he's said some things. He doesn't want to sound giddy about getting award money. But, I don't think he moved the body!

Maybe he did go close to the body, maybe he did poke it, whatever, and he's afraid to admit it because he's really innocent of any fishiness and he knows the defense wants to rake him over the coals to pin the duct tape thing on him.

CM is just trying to trip up Kronk on what he said previously. The DT desperately needs for this guy to look dishonest and shady, so far it's not working.

This is just a shot in the dark but I think CM is setting Kronk up.

If they bring in his son and he claims the phone call took place in November as the defense believes (and the son stated in his deposition) it could show Kronk to be a liar. Maybe the defense has a copy of a phone bill?
