Does anyone know when that webcam was placed across the street from the Anthonys home?

I checked out my posts on another website and the first time I mentioned anything about the webcams was 8/28/08 so it was before that

I see it as sort of nervous joking. You are afraid it is, but of course you don't want it to be a dead 2 year old. So instead you joke, "Boy, wouldn't that be something if it is? I'll be rich, ha, ha, ha.....ha....."

I almost said something similar and very insensitive to my mom earlier today, but caught myself. A good friend of my brother died unexpectedly on Saturday, in Alabama. My mom (who lives in Florida) already had a plan to be in the same town on business this week, and the funeral is today, so since she is there on business she is going with my brother. My thought was, isn't that great that you were already there on business so you can go? But of course I don't think it's great that she has to go to this man's funeral, of course I don't think it's great that he died.

I think we have all made comments like this. Plus, at the time, nobody really knew about Caylee, other than she was missing. Now, we know so much about her and feel like we all knew her. It seems more insensitive after the fact. I don't think Kronk acted differently than most people would.

From things I've heard here & on Tru TV, she never told anyone who the father was.

They say that CM keeps circling but Kronk remains consistent in his responses (and they made sense).

I just saw a little bit of today, but I have to say when you are consistent it is easy to tell you are telling the truth. I think he is telling the truth. I can't believe he doesn't make a comment about Casey since they are trying so hard to point the finger at him. (like why don't you ask her where Caylee was)

That body was there in August and the cop who chewed him out dropped the ball. That he clarified he was mad about one cop and not the entire sheriffs dept . just rang true to me.

I believe that LE redacted the name from the letter before putting it out to the public under the Sunshine Laws.

I know if I worked somewhere and a co-worker was on trial for something unrelated to work and full out lied about work then I'd call/write and say "Hey she lied to ya'lls face about that". However I wouldn't appreciate having my name made public.

Too many ppl have been burnt by having anything to do with this case.

I understand what you are saying, I just wasnt sure if it could be used as no one may have signed so it would be just like a hearsay sorta thing. I believe Kronk, he may have joked about the money ( sad to think people would think that way about a child ) but not a good idea when media was all over this case. He did not move the body. thats why I asked about the webcam. To many people around all the time, dont you think someone would have seen him lingering in the area? Or if webcam was up it would have been captured by that.

I too noticed Kronk's testimony changes. putting him closer and closer to the remains. I figured he got up there and touched it to see finally what it was and now he has admitted he got up close.

Pamela(MagpieFromHinky) tweeting that Jesse Grund may be there to testify that Casey admitted the abuse from LA and that is how the defense is going to get around the hearsay rules.

She indicated that several different people were the father. First, Jesse Grund was told he was the father but was proven not to be by DNA results (after his father told him that mathematically there was no way he could be the father and strongly recommended the testing). The others (2 or 3) were conveniently dead.

30 feet on the 11th of August, didn't go on the 12, on the 13th met an officer there and took him down to where he saw it, said he was 8 ft from it then.

I don't know. Not sure why you asked, but I'll answer an unanswered question LOL...you wouldn't be able to see any activity on Suburban Drive from the house webcam.

I believe people uNder stres or grief will make jokes--I have done them at odd times. I was in the ER having a miscarriage and cracking jokes with someone who had someone in as a patient. I had spent all afternoon upset. I gain nothing by remaining that way every second. And I did cry later. But I still cracked jokes while in the ER.

DH, DD and I were waiting for a bone marrow biopsy for her...had been told she most likely had Leukemia (she didn't ), but DD and I had uncontrollable fits of laughter over something DH said and we were making fun of him. And I remember thinking "how are we doing this?" But, it was a tension reliever.

I think Roy Kronk has been so vilified and put out there as a "morally bankrupt man" that he's afraid to admit he's said some things. He doesn't want to sound giddy about getting award money. But, I don't think he moved the body!

I hope I never have to testify in court. I can't remember what I did 3 weeks ago. Forget about 3 years ago. I know these things were important to these people but to remember specific dates etc I could never do it.

I called 911 in June for a lost child. I don't remember the exact date--I would have to look at the calendar. But I do recall the basic timeline as I was finishing packing and it disrupted dinner plans for the kids and when all was said and done, a couple of hours had elapsed. I will not be asked to testify as I didn't find her--just made the call and helped locate her family.

But almost a month later--I still remember details. Not all of them, but much of them. And if I were to listen to the three 911 calls I made (we kept learning different things), my memory would be very refreshed with what parts I cannot precisely remember.

I wouldn't say that one could never remember--but in some aspects, we can remember certain details.

My memory stinks. I don't remember the little girl's name very well at all.

She claims the father was a guy she dated in late 2004 that was killed in a car accident.

I think Kronk has been evasive and inconsistent about his interaction with the remains. He has been not wanting to admit to being pretty darn giddy about his chance at some significant money.

Best to have admitted to those indiscreations than make it look like you are hiding something. That makes people wonder just what it is you are hinding!
