I thought I was going to hate Kronk, but I really don't.

Kronk is a better witness than I thought he would be. I think he has done well today, so far anyway.

I could smack CM!!

Is defense insinuating that it is a citizen's responsibility to make sure the police do their job?

I have called and reported things--but I don't call and bust their chops to make sure they listen to me.

I do get irritated when it seems they take their sweet time. But not my job to scold them. I am not their supervisor.

As tragic as it is for Kronk to have found Caylee--it was not a living person in distress and I'm sure he wasn't the only person to call in with a tip.

Jury in

Kronk on stand

HHBP reads stipulations to jury about listening to 911 calls made by Kronk... says that the tapes contain true info as stipulated to by both parties


First call he says "Good Hope" as being the street the Anthonys live on.Does say Suburban Drive but the 911 operator can't find it. He looks on his GPS and she pulls up a map. Even with map she says wrong streets. He tries to describe where he "saw what he saw"

Second call he says he called the day before. Talks about the swamps and fence and gray bag..like a pool cover. There's fallen tree with something white under it. Cop asks for cross streets, Kronk tells him there isn't one. They go back and forth about Chickasaw and Suburban and what the name of the school is(noone knows). Cop says he will send someone and asks him to call the tipline. Kronk says he doesn't want to call the tipline and the cop says he can remain anonymous


Third call "Hidden Oaks" tells operator first before he says anything else. Says he's right on Suburban now and will wait for someone to come




CM after calling on the 11th what'd you do---Made call at 9:30 at night was already home probably watched some tv and went to bed

CM on the 2nd call whatd you do--watched tv went to be...call also made after 9:30pm

CM on 1/6/09 you gave recorded statement at 15:30 gave statement to Yuri--I belive so

CM you were asked about your calls--yes

CM you said you read the meters on the Anthonys house---yes at end of day not being of day

CM first day you called did you talk to coworkers about the woods being a good place to hide the body---yes we all did

CM going back and forth with Kronk about whose idea it was to look in the woods for a body Kronks or Edwards(?)

CM asking if he said he wanted to go home,take a shower,get in pool---yes

CM asking about officer Cain and who else was there---female but don't know her name

CM said you had to look down at skull--yes I was above

CM what did you do when Cain went into woods-----pointed to general area where skull was

CM get within 8 feet and point down---no (I think he was saying he stayed at the edge of the woods and pointed to where he'd seen it)

CM see Cain go into woods and ----went to water line and did something,came up slipped on the mud then chewed me out for a half an hour

CM so he was 6 feet away and you were 8 feet---its been 3 years

CM asking if he was sure it was a skull--not sure if it was real or a prop etc

CM asks a question about some document---HHBP gets stern with CM and says he doesnt have a copy of the document CM is talking about and needs to see it before he continues

CM gives paper to HHBP

HHBP calls for SIDEBAR

CM showing statement to refresh his memory about how sure he was that it was a skull...says he was 100% sure it was a skull---no I said I was 99.999

Cm involved with investigation--No

CM go on Good Morning America--yes in January but don't know date

CM paid---GMA paid for the snake picture

CM get $5,000 from Crime Line--yes

CM asks about whose paying for his attorney

CM have you been questioned about your conversations with Dean and others--yes

Son named Brandon Sparks---no sir that phone call never happened

Call him anytime inNovember and tell him you were going to be famous--No

Between Aug 13 and Dec 11 did you ever go back to Suburban--only when I had route but never stopped at spot again

----i was looking at it from behind and wasnt sure if it was real used something to lift the skull thru the eyesocket and realized it was real and gently put it back down

ask porter to keep reward quiet---may have said jokingly

CM ---yes trying to do the right thing and I got called horrible things and chewed out

said you won the lotto---dont know if it was that i won the lotto or if i should pay the lotto

said there was a woman with deputy cain--yes i told you that earlier

remember telling melich about what you did and found---never found anything in august never stood on top it you're making it sound like I stood over top of it

I want to yell: ENOUGH ALREADY!!! We get it. He was there. More than once. Who cares? Not proving he did anything wrong. Not presenting any evidence he placed or moved the body. Or that he had anything to do with the Anthony's or Caley's disapearance.

I'm still shocked at how dead faced casey was when Mr. Kronk described using a stick in her baby's skull to turn it.

She got more pissed at being called crazy!

They are running out of time.

I don't get it. If Casey said that she drowned, then in my eyes she is responsible for what she did with the body, is she not? They need to start there. Put Casey on the stand NOW and get on with it.

So Kronk may be just a little odd but he seems, from this testimony, that he was just a citizen trying to do the right thing.

I am curious about the letter to Melich why would someone write name withheld? Cindy no longer works there. so there is no way to prove this letter as anyone could write it. I know there are witness's for the state coming, I wonder if one of them wrote the letter. Not trying to cause an argument just not sure if it would be admissable if no way to prove it.

Just got in and turned on the trail. Doesn't appear that I missed too much. Hate that I didn't get to see George and Lee on the stand. I have seen about 20 minutes of Kronk's testimony and I think he appears to be honest. I know we have discussed it before but why is it a big deal that someone made several calls to report what he thinks is Caylee's body. He calls and then they are still reporting her missing on tv. He calls again. Still reported missing. Finally goes down there and finds the body. Calls 911 and she is found. Easy to understand to me. I don't think that he moved the body around.
