That doesn't seem like it was of any benefit to the defense? Or was it just me?
Seems like another state witness, they just got in now for the first time how the place was underwater, up to knee deep. I don't believe the jury has heard that before.
Isn't this a defense witness? He just said unless I'm mistaken, that the water was deep (I missed how deep), and that they did not want to go in because they did not want to step on possible remains but that the area should be re-examined at a later time?
Wouldn't stop the defense team! Nothing stops them from saying what they want, like logic and facts. The state should bring the gentleman who removed Caylees skull how deep rooted the skull was in the ground and how hard it was to pick it up. This would stop people from saying she was moved.
Seems like we've said that with just about every "defense witness".Isn't this a defense witness?
That's what he said. Another one bites the dust.

Yup, flipped another one...
Now what CM has to say on cross... I think I'm on delay...
He is asking this guy about perjury. So let CA be up for perjury since DT wanted her to lie and change up her story.
Witness just plead the 5th on a question about whether he was told that he would face felony prosecution if he altered testimony something.
So sad that people must have attorneys to protect them from the defense team.
threat of prosecution, boy i need to know whats up.
Yikes! Taking the 5th. That doesn't sound good. What's up with that??
