Kurby....she is precious...kiss her and tell her to get better fast so she can go home and play with her big sister! Congrats to the Kurby family!!

On another note...I just got home and saw I had 20 pages or so to read

So I needed a quick update and I turned it to NG when she first started, and she was playing video of ICA loooosssssiiiinnnngggg it on her precious JB. The funniest thing was what NG said about "totmom". Nancy said, "Look at totmom in court, there is the real totmom. But when Beaz slides by, she realizes the camera is on her. So she stops that HORRIFIC, EVIL LOOKING face she's making, ahh oh cameras watching...whooopsie!"

Sometimes NG makes me angry, but I had to rewind what she said like six times, and I was laughing so hard my husband was like what in the H*** are you laughing at?!

Hope I am not so busy tomorrow so I can get caught up! I can admit I will be in total withdrawls when this trial is over.

she has a lot of fluid built up which will prob make her drop down to 5lbs 10oz - 6lbs when it goes away.

Posting above link as it is about a reported smell that led to a dead body.

The smell came from a car parked at the store for a few days. A woman was found in the back seat.

I would be curious of when the ME determines she died and how we can compare it to Caylee's timeline and Casey's 31 days.

For some reason, I never noticed that Casey's car was abandoned only 11 days after Caylee was last seen. For some reason--I thought it was longer.

Anyway--I am curious of what the investigation will discover.

Not evidence to this case before---but it is a present real life example of a body left to decompose in a car in June in Florida.

Thanks for the great updates today, I was in meetings all morning, so now I am anxiously awaiting it to come back on.

So my little daughter who is 6 the the "funniest" thing this weekend...we were in the car on the way home from taking my older daughter to camp and she put a piece of rectangular paper over her stuffed Pluto's mouth and said to me and my husband "LOOK MOMMY, he looks just like Caylee with the duct tape over her mouth!!" OMG I thought my husband was going to drive off the road, he just glared at me and told me "GOOD JOB!" LMAO

It's amazing the things they pick up and remember (and then say at the wrong times)

Did JBP just say "Thanks for telling the truth"? I was in the kitchen and missed it! Who did he say it to? The biochemist?

I just changed the trash bag in the kitchen. To my dismay someone had gotten a meat container in under the bag. It was rather stinky. There was brown waxy stuff I had to clean with paper towels. It seems everything I do relates to this case now!

It was a bit stinky but I did not suspect a body in there. I think Dr. Vass is right...it would take 10lbs of raw hamburger to make a lasting impression.

When I worked at the grocery store someone found a package of coldcuts that somehow did not make it home in a customers bag but wound up wedged behind and under a part of the register. We could all smell them and you could tell it was rotten food. It was horrible and we had to take the register apart to find it...it was so gross that people were gagging while cleaning. As soon as the coldcuts were tossed and they wiped down the area the smell was gone. ..we sure did not think it was a dead body either

According to Bob Kealing's Tweets, Finnel has filed for mistrail motion,asked for immediate hearing and non death quailified jury. It was just filed in the clerk's office and not sure if JBP has reviewed yet.

WFTV legal analyst says Mason filed competency review, he has a theory that Mason is done with this case but at this stage would never be let out. So he believes Ann Finnell is taking over Mason's role and we will only see Mason sitting at the table from now on. He believes Finnell's strategy was to sit out and only come in during the penalty phase to argue against the death penalty. He says Finnell would want to distance herself from the DT so that the jury has no preconcieved opinion of her during the penalty phase.

That makes sense to me...Cheney knows this is a train wreck in the making and he wants no part of it now.

Did you all know (I read on websleuths) that the wooded area where Caylee was found was behind 2 houses, Zenaida Almodovar at 4709 and Peter Gonzalez at 4701 Hopespring...

Whew...y'all sure do talk a lot! I had almost 40 pages to read this afternoon!

Nancy Grace tonight to some defense folks: "You knoww what I'd find stressful? Mommy coming at me with three garbage bags and a roll of duct tape!" NG gets on my nerves sometimes, but dang she can put it to a defense guy.

How are you feeling after that surgery you had to have?


I had to chuckle a little at the "cramps". My labor with #3 was cramps too. I thought I was sick. I was at the doctor in the morning. He told me I was not even close to being ready, baby hadn't dropped, no dilation. OK, stopped at Burger King on the way home and had a whopper junior. That was the same time that there was a big e-coli outbreak on the west coast and they traced it back to Jack In The Box. So later that night (after midnight actually), I started to feel really crampy and sick to my stomach and my back was killing me.

I never felt actual contractions..just the cramps and backache...and I've felt worse back pain on a bad day for me. Even after I got to the hospital and they told me I was fully dilated and could push I was convinced I had e-coli.

Pretty healthy size regardless given her preemie status. I hope she recovers quickly.
