Is there any pictures of CA pregnant? Some people actually will harldy show the entire 9 months they are pregnant. My SIL was the same age when she got pregnant with her first and managed to keeps it under wraps almost the Entire prenancy like CA supposedly did.

I saw one on the Dateline special they ran two weeks ago. I will have to look for it when I get home.

I believe she does. And I am right there with you. If we are losing interest, imagine what the jury is thinking. Like someone just mentioned above, we can get up and eat, change channels, run errands, and talk to other people. This jury is stuck. I'm pretty sure they are beyond bored. WFTV legal analyst says Mason filed competency review, he has a theory that Mason is done with this case but at this stage would never be let out. So he believes Ann Finnell is taking over Mason's role and we will only see Mason sitting at the table from now on. He believes Finnell's strategy was to sit out and only come in during the penalty phase to argue against the death penalty. He says Finnell would want to distance herself from the DT so that the jury has no preconcieved opinion of her during the penalty phase.

I am watching my local Fox station out of Orlando and they have said the exact same thing. He has washed his hands of this case.

I guess his earlier opinions of Baez have come full circle and he is done.

Did he volunteer for this case or was he appointed by the state as being DP qualified?

I kind of feel bad for him, but applaud him for not wanting to unofficially be part of the defense shenanigans any longer.

I really like WFTV's legal analyst, he gives a fairly unbiased view of things and isn't so over the top with his analysis, like others are. As far as Ann Finnell's plan to stay out of it until the penalty phase, as we say here in KY, "that horse has already left the gate."

this is the only pregnant pic of Casey that what been released. She's supposed to be 7 months here, Cindy admits she didn't know, but to me, as a mom of 3, she clearly looks pregnant to me. Its clear KC tried to cover, but you can clearly make out a bump.
