So that means Caylee was dead that whole time. She didn't die on June 16th! OMG that's when Casey was driving around with Caylee's body in the car, those 31 days! I can't believe I didn't catch on to this before.

June 16th is the beginning of the 31 days. Cindy didn't find her until July 15th

Wow, reading that just makes me sick! The thought of KC getting off and going free, gets worse with the more I learn! I hope this "legal issue" doesn't help her case!

It's shocking to read those texts and know she does not have a job or a nanny. You almost forget; she is so convincing.

Those IMs were totally crazy. Tony's "offspring handler" reference was so nice. Ugh. And wow that Casey, what a liar. Just more evidence.

But to me that does show motive. Can't believe the judge didn't let those in.

I did notice in there, too, that it seemed Cindy was going to be keeping Caylee for 15 days starting May 29 for her vacation from work (if Casey was telling the truth, there). So during that time, Cindy had Caylee a lot and Casey was able to go see Tony and everyone else. That would bring us to June 13th that Casey would have been fully in charge of Casey again, which was a weekend (so assuming Cindy is again off and would have had Caylee). That Monday was the 16th, when Caylee died. So again, Tony could be the motive... he clearly did NOT want Caylee around. So whether she was drugging her and didn't mean to kill her or she did mean to kill her, that is just such an interesting thing that it fit that time period. I really wish these were allowed in court. Makes the picture clearer.

Hey all! I'm sitting on a train with free wi-fi so I thought I'd try and catch up. It's almost impossible!

So from the little I've read It seems like Cindy lied, Lee cried and all poop broke loose yesterday! I won't even ask anyone for a recap as it seems it might be too much lol!

Interesting...I have all those tapes too, including the pink duct tape! (DS used it for a breast cancer "pint out" soccer game.) And...I kind of have a duct tape fetish. Years ago, before a Disney trip, I found flat travel duct tape in Walmart, so I carried it with me on trips, cuz you can fix anything with duct tape. (OK...in light of this case, that now sounds disturbing. ) DD brought it to Europe one summer and lost it. (Uh oh...in light of this case, THAT sounds disturbing.) Couldn't find it in stores anywhere after that. This past Christmas, I found some online ($2.50, free shipping! ) so I got it for everyone in the family for stocking stuffers, because as I always said, you can fix anything with duct tape.
