My Nicole time hasn't come yet, but I am ready to make my next guess! All three of my kids were born on the 27th of the month (hence my username). I would like to add 6/27 at 12:52.

And to add to my earlier post, now Geraldo is adding his own commentary. "The more comfortable Caylee became in the water, the more eager the toddler was to get in the pool."

This is truly making me sick. Caylee is not here to say, "But I didn't get in the pool without Jo Jo."

I was getting a little disgusted with Geraldo this evening...then he Said: "Casey probably had something to do with Caylee's death" (paraphrase) and he also admitted that he actually likes Judge Perry.


I think that he really is swooning for Baez to get the scoop. I don't think he buys the story either.

Is Geraldo anti-DP? He was talking about the Black Widow--Perry had a hand in getting her the DP.

Anyway--I think he's just funnin' with us as a career gamble. Jose probably won't like that Geraldo said that first statement.

31 days???? she's still acting like she didn't do anything wrong. it was zanny until the cops figured it out. then it was george, she'll never take responsibility for ANYTHING she does.

What are you talkin' about, we'll have at least a month of televised interviews with the jurors 'n anyone else connected to this trial.

And all the movies that will be made. We could go on for YEARS.

don't forget the appeals, and her antics in jail that will get her back into the media spotlight

Can you imagine all the threads we could end up with? We'll be requesting a separate board, like hurricanes and wars!

I'm very curious to see what the jurors look like. It's driving me nuts.

CM raised the issue and did not want it to be documented.

They are showing a time line that is interesting....

Casey was in holding cell and different attorneys shuffling in and out.

They talk too fast and no TiVo--but they will be airing a story about the many faces of ICA in a few. They observed her demeanor to be very different than yesterday.


I wonder if CM is still harping on Miranda.

Reactions different

Everyday this week, she smiled and greeted her team (prob anticipating family testimony)

But Fri in court, sidebar after mom baby shower testimony, she is reading the testimony of sidebar and shows a very angered fAce and points to CM but as soon as Baez turns around, her face turns sheepish. Then today--she is veg reserved.

*Note--now I know why they are looking at the laptops all the time. They are reading what court reporter documents in the sidebars and backroom meetings.

*If looks could kill--Casey's face was clenched and angry...kind of an "I am going to kill you" look. Ch 6 says she mouthed/said something and was pointing at CM. Unfortunately, at that point, Baez was crossing and her mouth (not whole face) was blocked--so just perfect timing. But as soon as Baez turns around, her face turns sheepish and no other anger.

So if you can find video of that sidebar AFTER Baez was asking Cindy questions about shower...you can probably seem this. They slowed it , so it is pretty quick.

And then today her facials were very different from earlier in the week.

So the key is that particular sidebar and perhaps something came up then and exploded this morning?

I would think if there were any real issues with the Miranda Rights Judge Perry would handle it by researching prior cases. That man is wonderful when it comes to supplying information due to case law. He doesn't want a mistrial and he doesn't want his cases overturned.

Ok. . .I didn't think today could be because of a possible plea. Casey doesn't have anything to offer the State in exchange for her plea. Things have been going not so well for the defense, so there is really no reason for the State to consider one at this point. JMHO
