Good point! I will be interested to hear from the jurors. I wonder what they think of all this. And if they see any video later of Casey's "act". What will they think of that.

I started this post about an hour ago! It's very easy to get sidetracked when you start googling "Casey Anthony" information.

Thanks for the link, Mary. Did/does any of these texts come into the trial? For any of those numbskulls saying, "Where's the motive?" Here's your sign......

So sad how she talks about Caylee.

If we're allowed to re-guess, I'm going to be different and say that you're having a Nicolas rather than a Nicole, and that he was being exceptionally shy the day they did the sonogram. Joking of course. . . .but tell Nicole to hurry up before her Mommy gets in trouble.

Ok. . .I didn't think today could be because of a possible plea. Casey doesn't have anything to offer the State in exchange for her plea. Things have been going not so well for the defense, so there is really no reason for the State to consider one at this point. JMHO

And does anybody know who that was sitting next to Cindy in court today? They sure were talking a lot.

I have just been watching replays of past testimony (since that's been on the entire day ) on a Nancy Grace special. Cindy Anthony's testimony from June 23rd and June 24th was just on, and something just struck me that made me really sad.

We all now know that Cindy and Lee are willing to do anything to save Casey. Cindy will even throw her own husband under the bus by going along with the defense's story that George was a child molester and was part of the coverup of Caylee's drowning. I'm sitting here listening to Cindy talk about how Caylee loved to swim and was very anxious to get in the pool, especially as she got a little older. Then she talked about how Caylee was able to climb the ladder pretty much on her own. She said that Caylee knew the strict rules they set regarding swimming, and that she had to be with an adult any time she was in the pool.

What just hit me is that Cindy is actually throwing Caylee under the bus now, too. This sweet little child, who by all accounts was a well-behaved little girl, is now being portrayed as ignoring or breaking these safety rules. According to the defense, Caylee disobeyed her grandparents, climbed into the pool, and drowned. The poor baby probably never had even the slightest notion to go hear the pool. I just think it's terrible that she is, in essence, being blamed for her own death.

And to add to my earlier post, now Geraldo is adding his own commentary. "The more comfortable Caylee became in the water, the more eager the toddler was to get in the pool."

This is truly making me sick. Caylee is not here to say, "But I didn't get in the pool without Jo Jo."
