Just getting with it enough to focus on the trail. So suprised...I thought CM would be gone.

And it looks like I haven't missed much. I don't think I will rewind the DVR, just start watching the action now. The Dis coverage rocks!

I wonder if this had to do with her angry face, pointing and glaring incident at Baez on Friday while Cindy was on the stand? Wasn't that in full view of the jury?

Did the defense ever say anything more about the ex-con and George Anthony's cell records? Has that issue been dropped completely?

Once it came out that the ex-con didn't even have that cell phone number back then it faded quietly into the background.

Especially with JB questioning her. He can't put together alogical line of questioning even with a good witness.

Once it came out that the ex-con didn't even have that cell phone number back then it faded quietly into the background.

I think the DT actually still wanted to call him after that, didn't they? I know that sounds stupid, but look who we're dealing with. But I think it did just drop at some point.

DH just came home for lunch and asked if the defense team tried to burn down Disney to take the focus off of their train wreck, but couldn't even get that right. (Motel close to Disney burned over the weekend.)

Well the more Baez does only hurts himself, and if you hear the jury laughing at least we know they are alive and what they are thinking by laughing.

Thanks for the great updates today, I was in meetings all morning, so now I am anxiously awaiting it to come back on.

So my little daughter who is 6 the the "funniest" thing this weekend...we were in the car on the way home from taking my older daughter to camp and she put a piece of rectangular paper over her stuffed Pluto's mouth and said to me and my husband "LOOK MOMMY, he looks just like Caylee with the duct tape over her mouth!!" OMG I thought my husband was going to drive off the road, he just glared at me and told me "GOOD JOB!" LMAO

That would rank right up there with the question about Casey committing suicide!

I'm getting pretty tired of hearing these people on tv talk about Casey having a possible psychotic break of some sort. Good grief, the girl has spent her life telling lies and manipulating people. She tried something else (whatever it was) but couldn't fool 3 professional psychologists (guess she's not as good as she thought she was). JMHO

And some guy just called in and said that Baez dismantlied Melich's investigation. I have to wonder what planet he's calling from...

I like Casey Jordan's theory about it the best. Basically Casey wants to take the stand, the defense has realized this is not a good idea after seeing Ashton at work, Casey wants to do it anyway. They think she doesn't realize the full extent that this will harm her trial, so have her evaluated as it is a way for them to say look we told her this wasn't a good idea, she wanted to do it anyway, we are off the hook on this one.

Vinnie Politano thinks that ICA's scheming another story about what happened. Wouldn't be the first time she lied ...

And why is ICA wearing a black bra under that white shirt? Total Glamour Don't!

ETA -- oooh, next case to get my attention is CA vs. Dr. Conrad Murray (cardiologist for Michael Jackson)! That might be interesting ....

That could make sense since Lee didn't go with the party line in his testimony. She may be wanting to get on the stand. Based on her life experiences, she probably can't be convinced that everybody won't just immediately believe everything she says - after all, they always have...
