Can someone help me understand something? I have not been watching the trial on a regular basis, I tried, I really did, but I found my life was too busy to be able to sit and watch.

I have seen bits here and there. CA defense is that Caylee drowned and someone moved the body, correct? Well, so far, all I have seen with these defense witnesses, is they are trying to poke holes in the states evidence. Did I miss it, or has the defense not brought up the drowning at all as of yet? I did miss Lee and Cindy's testimony on Friday, did the drowning come up then?

When will the defense actually put on a defense? Having these bumbling witnmesses on the stand look like fools is getting old. I want to hear the story of how Caylee drowned and George helped Casey cover it up.

I was hoping Casey would testify so the prosecution could ask if she received money from the death of Caylee and where did that money go? This would be in reference to the $200,000 ABC paid her for "licensing photos and videos".

Still makes me sick that a division of Disney paid her one dime.

True. Take Dr Vass' finding out of this completely. Still plenty of evidence for dead body in the trunk. Move on.

I just started seriously following the trial Friday. I watched it on O'Reilly and Greta for my daily catch-up. We were in Orlando when the case first broke. What happened on Friday? When is Casey going on the stand?

Lee testified that he was not told Casey was pregnant. He felt left out & like he wasn't important to his family. He & Casey were both crying.

Cindy was shown photos of Cayleigh climbing into the pool. To show she could have gotten in there on her own, I guess.

I think JB is hoping the jurors forget what he said he'd "prove" about the drowning, abuse & George's part in covering up the "accident".. he hasn't even gotten close to any of that yet.

Did you test the air samples?

Were any of the bodies you spoke about, children? Children left in cars? Children left in cars, wrapped in plastic and stuffed into a laundry bag?

To answer your question though, during Cindy's testimony on Friday several pictures were shown of Caylee going up the pool ladder, sitting at the top of the ladder, standing at the sliding door with her hand on the handle, etc. Also, Cindy talked about how much Caylee loved the pool and her increasing ability to climb the ladder. So I guess that was their way of bringing up the drowning theory - no evidence that it happened but that Caylee could have gotten into the pool by herself.

All of which made me sick, because they are blaming the victim now. Little Caylee disobeyed her grandparents and all the strict rules they had and is now dead because of it. And nothing could be further from the truth.

I feel like I am back in school. This seems like a trial about Dr Vass suddenly.

HA HA! I just reread my op, and realized I had a typo. I went to correct it when I realized it is a made up word that is appropriate for the defense witnesses!!! I am not going to change it.
