I think the prosecution will be able to overcome the testmony of Cindy and Lee (and George's future testimony), because they will all be proven to be liars. I have confidence that the jury won't buy anything they say. The thing that has me worried most is Roy Kronck. I hope and pray he doesn't lose the case for the prosecution. And I'm not really sure what to be worried about, because I have no idea who he is or what the defense is going to say he did.

Makes sense tho. You can't have two jurors getting together when they're not in actual deliberations and talking about the case without the others. I guess.

I thought the jury usually deliberated together? At least that's the way it is on TV!

They do deliberate together. But when they're not deliberating, they need to be apart, apparently.

I found something that explains this:

"Why will the jurors be separated once they begin deliberations?
The law says that once a jury starts to deliberate they must do so together. That is, they cannot get together in small groups reach a conclusion and then meet with all jurors and try to impose the small groups ideas on the entire group. Once the case goes to the jury for decision, the rule that they cannot talk with each other dissolves. As a result, once the jurors start to deliberate, they will be isolated even further since although they can now talk about the case, they are prohibited from doing so, unless all 12 are together."

I think the prosecution should do what they can to call CAs "testiphoney" into question. Please let there be evidence to refute her story! They don 't have to be mean to her, but just lay out the evidence.

You know, particularly after Lee's testimony, it hit me they all are liars. The whole family... I think the jury will see right through this. If they had perhaps just stopped at Cindy, maybe they would have created some scores for themselves, but Lee did not help and it was obvious he was also lying. I think this is another situation where the defense should have stopped before they went too far....

Always interesting to hear body language experts and what they observe.

Cindy in today and what I saw yesterday, reminded me of how she was back when public opinion soured on her. Her eyes looked "sinister"...not that they were sinister--but that stare down look a parent gives you as they telepathically communicate to the naughty party to knock it off. It was a very harsh-piercing eye. NOT the grieving grandmother that first testified. Scary!

Yup, I think CA is a force to be reckoned with. There is a bit of truth in JBs defense story. I think Lee meant something in his "over the top" statement.

I boxed up all of DD's old clothes by size and labelled them in case we have another girl. Well a couple of weeks ago, she got into the most recent boxes (18m-24m, 2T) and pulled everything out. Mommy was not happy. I've gotten the boxes pretty much packed back up, but I already know I'm not going to be able to put away some of her dress up clothes when she outgrows them.

that's funny. my daughter did the same thing just a few months ago.

we got all her old birth to 1 year and 1-2 year clothes (not i didn't say any size because just like in adult clothes size doesn't matter. one brand you're a 4 another your a 0 another you're a 6)

she started taking everything out of the box. this is mine it still fits. ahhh honey???? its for a new born - i think your just a little big.

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. What is this FIRST POST that you are referring too? I don't believe you have ever mentioned it before. Is there some sort of a link? I feel like I am being left out of the loop. Next thing you know, you are going to have a baby shower and not even invite me. Heck, you probably won't even tell me about the pregnancy. Whoa is me.

So what does everyone think Lee went to JB's office last week to tell him? I think he said after being with his folks he had information he felt the defense needed to know.

I think he heard them talking about how they think she is not innocent and how they want to help make sure she doesn't get the death penalty. So to be part of the family and maybe be the child that gets some of the attention for a change he went to JB with it.

Whomever *ahem* may have used the tape just probably ditched the entire thing.

I think the same about the tape. George was hanging posters up. I mean it could have been used up or tossed at anytime by anyone.

Even today with this conversation of clothing my DD remembers a red velvet dress she had when she was 3 or 4, she wore that dress until she was about 7, she wouldn't give it up, no way, no how... that's the dress she remembers. there were clothes she had at 18 months that by the age of 3 she would not give up... pants or leggings up the leg and sleeves that didn't even come close to where they should have been. Every parent knows this happens, particularly if they have a girl!!!

OK, my DD is now 18. She came downstairs a few nights ago wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Not so unusual..but the t-shirt was a dance t-shirt from when she was 11!!! She even had to cut the neck to get it over her head. It was shorter and a lot more form fitting than it was back then..but it didn't look too small..other than the neck thing. She was cleaning out her closet and found it packed in one of the boxes on her shelf..so she decided to wear it. So..this is something that even happens when they grow up.
