Oh that is a good point! gA would not be into a stained car. Cindy is a cleaner too. In this it looks like she is a "cleaner" the way she went after the found car!

Sidebar: colorblindess is not necessarily only seeing in bLack and white. There are different types, but an example would be not being Able to tell red from green. (at least that was one of the eye tests I remember). I think it would make it difficult if not impossible to see the big stain in question.

I thought that they found duct tape at the home that matched the duct tape found on Caylee. Then I thought that I heard that it didn't match. Now there was no duct tape at the home to compare? I'm confused too!

He was unable to clearly see things in the trunk Picture as he was colorblind.

Actually, being color blind myself, I can tell you it shouldn't effect his seeing different shades in the trunk. I'm not familiar w/anyone having monochromatic vision when color blind, as they usually see in shades of gray.

I didn't see this mentioned but it was great when Linda was doing the cross and asking Cindy if she was SURE she was at work on June 16 several times. She asked if her time card accurately reflected her work that week and if it showed her vacation (it did). Cindy kind of giggled at it, but Linda was really hammering the point without calling her out as lying yesterday. I really liked that part.

Up until 8 weeks ago they were still looking for Zanny and apparently thought Caylee might still be alive. I think if their lips are moving...

Anyway, if you accidentally chloroform someone to death, I think that may still be a felony murder.

On a child, it is aggravated Child abuse to do that. Aggravated child abuse resulting in death is felony murder in Florida.

Not sure if it would be different on an adult.

i'm still not getting the connection with the colour blindness.

so what if he couldn't see a stain - unless it was fresh blood you coulnd't tell it from rust anyways. come on ladies we all know what happenes to old blood stains and what colour they turn. they don't stay bright red for long.


or maybe he never saw the stain becuase he's always left out of the loop since they obviously didn't care enough to tell him kc was pg

or maybe he's like a lot of guys and couldn't care less about a stain in a trunk and just figured either kc spilt something (after all it was her car now) or it was mud or something

So, who's is Caylee's father? Why has no man come forward to say he was sleeping with Casey at about the time she became pregnant. None of her friends have come forward either to say who the father is, or who Casey was seeing at that time. Why is the identity of Caylee's father a secret? I don't get it at all.

He was asked about a powder and the stain and made the comment...it caught my attention as I thought they said white powder and my thought was why would it matter. So I figured he was talking about the stain issue.

Actually, I believe he was going over some of the items he was going to be covering in his instructions to the jury, including the criteria for considering lesser charges. It helps cover all the bases if the jury can't convict on the most serious charge, but want to convict of a lesser charge (murder 2, manslaughter, etc). I think most everyone agrees that the "ultimate sanction" is going to be a longshot once the jury starts deliberating.

Didn't hear anything, but I will post if I catch it on the news.

I google and that I found was articles pertaining to the already included charges in the present case. I.e. She is on trial for both Murder 1 and manslaughter. She obviously can't be convicted on both charges.

She claimed in a letter to a jailhouse "friend" that she thought it was Erik, who died in a car accident. But who knows. Could've been anyone.

Yes, I think in the end, there will be other options available for the jurors to consider.

OK...I've got Dr Drew on (ugh) and it was just showing Baez sounding like Lee's therapist when he was on the witness stand...softly saying "Are there other reasons why you were angry?" They need to bring in a violin player during this questioning. Which brings me to...JVM's show. OMG, they had soft piano music playing when showing Lee and his crying testimony! ???
