Thanks, I needed this! (and feel it's worthy of 1st post link) :teeth: :rolleyes1

"Guess what Casey -- your Mom is going to say she looked up chloroform, acetone, and peroxide, and that she left the ladder up!!! She's also gonna say neck breaking came up as a youtube pop up!"

So Lee went to Baez last week to discuss something that had been discussed in court back when Lee first testified and had sat in court and heard? What could that be?

So tired of this testimony that sounds like riddles.
Everyone still feeling bad for poor Lee? :sad2:

Almost posted yesterday on my thoughts of Lee in regards to his role as semi-outsider in this family. I.E., CA's statement that "she's lost a g-daughter, doesn't want to lose her daughter too". Bothered me that CA HAS another child, prospective DIL and perhaps future grandchildren, but was willing to support KC even though Lee was being thrown under the bus...as if Lee doesn't matter. I was willing to bet Lee would probably change his name & remove himself from this family after the trial.

Silly me. I believe Lee has some valuable insight into the "truths" in his family, but is instead knuckling under family pressure/guilt.

I think today is going to turn out to be very good for the prosecution in the end. The whole family is being proven to be a pack of liars. :sad2:

:thumbsup2

Oh, and the video of KC & Caylee shown this morning in regards to Caylee's shorts & how much she'd grown? TOTALLY a cue for CA & KC to tear up for the juror's sympathy. More than enough Caylee photos to serve the same purpose. :rolleyes1

I had an ultrasound with my DS when I was 6 1/2 months pregnant and it showed he weighed 6 lbs. The ultrasound tech was SURE I had to have my dates wrong. But I knew the exact date (and time...:rolleyes1) of conception, and he was actually born two days late (induced). And weighed 11 lbs 5 oz. :)

Our problem was that we had no idea when the conception was, they said our date was 1 month before our baby was eventually born... After they thought I was 2 weeks late they tried to induce but it didn't work.... he wasn't ready, so we went home, 2 weeks later we went into labor. Afterwards they said for SURE he was not even 2 weeks late, so who knows when he was supposed to be born... we had a better idea with #2 but we were still off the mark there too... so ultrasounds for me, no good!!! They didn't even get the weights right!

Oh my goodness, Kurby! Keeping you and Nicole in my thoughts! I know you are a tiny bit busy right now, but please keep us posted!

Looks like this will be an interesting 24 hours for you! I hope everything goes well. Everything is going to be fine....you and Nicole are in good hands.

We will be thinking of you! :thumbsup2 :grouphug:

I agree!! Everything is going to be fine. :goodvibes Keep us up to date with everything, and good luck to you. We will be thinking of you & Nicole. :)

I'm on the west coast, so I don't usually turn on the tv until after lunch I don't think I can stomach the testimony from day, by looking at the posts here. To think so many people think the defense is winning makes me ill.

Due in Sept. and born in early Aug. (the 6th maybe?). So, a month? Don't know her due date for Sept.

If she wasn't getting prenatal care, how does anyone know she was really due in September? Sounds like typical Casey - "My baby is a preemie, look at me, pay attention to me and my preemie baby." What was Caylee's birth weight? My friend had a 7 lb baby at 36 weeks (not induced), so obviously her dates were a little skewed.

Thanks! We had Katherine (or actually in the beginning it was Catherine) picked out before we even started trying for a baby. Judah, on the other hand, was not decided until I was about 34 weeks and everyone hated it! My mom kept asking me if I had ever considered Jacob instead, and my grandmother kept calling him Judas. But in the end I got my Judah!
We had our first girl's name and boy's name picked out while we were dating. My 2nd DD, not so much! She's pregnant now, and I'm not loving the boy name, although it's not written in stone yet.

They swore that DS couldn't have weighed 6 lbs at 6 1/2 months pregnant...that the ultrasound was off, because geez, it wasn't like I was going to have an 11 lb baby. But, boy, did I show them! LOL

I hope Kurby checks back in. :( Hope everyone is OK. Will keep you both in my prayers, Kurby!

I'm into hippie natural birth stuff, so I don't put a lot of stock in "due dates," it's more like a "due period." DD was born at 40 1/2 weeks at 8 lbs, and DS at nearly 42 weeks at 9 lbs. My midwife said DS looked like a 40 week baby, not 42, the placenta had not aged that much, and he still had vernix. So for baby #3 (IF there is a baby #3) I will know not to expect a baby until well after the "due date!"

BTW, had an ultrasound at 41 weeks with DS and the radiologist estimated him to be 10 1/2 lbs and advised me to go get a c-section immediately! I said no way, I'm waiting for baby to decide, even if he is 10 1/2 lbs (and he wasn't!).

Do we know for a fact that she wasn't getting prenatal care? Have her medical records been called in for any reason? Especially with regard to whether Caylee was a preemie or not? :confused3

this is huge. The defense just helped out the states case. This was a stupid move for the defense bringing up why the cuffs were put on her. They were foolish to think the state wouldn't mention the reason why.

Looks like you and I had opposite problems with the Ultrasound!

I hope Kurby can check back in and that everyone is doing well.

Looks like Casey is about to cry!! For real this time :happytv:

Wow, did you see that? Baez was coaching Mason. Things have gotten really wacky today.

I'm confused with everything that happened right now about the handcuffs and removing the jury? Had to go back to internet since my kids are up.
