OK...Baez is going to the idea that Lee wasn't mourning before and didn't believe Caylee was dead JUST LIKE CASEY IN THOSE 31 DAYS. Ugh!

Lee is told to put it aside, don't talk about it but Cindy & George can blather to friends about Casey's pregnancy?

Lee doesn't see any preparations, etc. for the baby? Didn't know about shower because he wasn't invited?

Honestly, Lee? Honestly?

I'm interpretiin' the "put it aside" from Cindy differently than the way Lee took it 'n acted on it. I get the feelin' that Lee wanted to be confrontational with Casey as in what's this? in referrin' to her obvious pregnancy as a baby bump, etc. That somewhere along the line Cindy said put it aside as in cool it, damage is done, let's try to make the best of this.

I hope I've made myself clear, I hate typin'.

JA pointing to stains that were there when he owned it...then points out new stain ands asks about if car stank---Lee says no

JA why if you refused to meet with State why reach out to DT--Last time I sat in with parents and was present during a discussing that I thought it important for JB to be made aware of

JA your discovery about your sisters pregnancy you had a conversation about the "bump"----I made a remark...didnt get a response...I said "How is that"

JA you were asked if you called her out on it and in that event...you said it wasnt really my place--Yes

JA so your parents were happy--Dont know they didnt tell me

JA shows page 35 of deposition---Lee says he was rambling in that part so its hard to get his point

JA in that paragraph you discuss the period of her pregnancy before Caylee was born and say that your job was to just be in the background...that they were over the top---I wasnt asked to be involved so I thought I was supposed to be in the background and they would handle it

JA what did they do to the house--They got a crib

JA they redid the computer room...your mother doesnt do anything halfway it was done to the nines----yes sir

JA you know your mom went nuts decorating--I never went in the room till after she was born(says something about sleeping in next room)

JA they went shopping they had a party--If they did I wasnt invited

JA was you aware they had a shower--Yes in June

JA invited their friends and Caseys friends but you know they had a shower...did thy invite Mallory--Don't know....I wasnt invited

JA your parents werent hiding this fact they invited friends to a party--JB objects its sustained

JA during depo we discussed the time leading up to birth and if you were present when she was born---Dont recall

JA asks for a line from the depo and asks if he recalls--Lee looks and says yes

JB looking at depo page 30...you were asking to review lines 12 thru 14 and you were asked during cross and thats what you were referring to when you tesyified about the first time you asked your mom

JB opinions you gave about your mother not being happy--Yes I gave an opinion that my impression was that she wasnt thrilled CAsey would have a baby out of wedlock

JB did Caylees baby shower happen after she was born--I dont recall

JB you were asked why you didnt cry during depo...is today much different that sitting in an office--Yes

JB tell us why---I dont want to be here..I dont want my parents to be here...im in a much different place than I was a couple of years ago...this is just very difficult

JB JA asked about a speech you gave at the memorial--I couldnt believe it..didnt want to believe she was dead

JB what were you able to do inregards to the death of your niece for 6 months--I dont know if I seen someone today that looks like her Id still look...last year was hard around caylees bday..my bday...they asked during the depo if she was dead and I said I couldnt believe didnt want to believe and right now I do and im having a really tough time with that

JA how many times did Mr George have to step up to show you what you testified today---probably as many times as today i wasnt counting

JA JB didnt have to do that just now did he---he refreshed my recollection

JA he didnt have to refresh your memory--Its hard to remember what you did 2 years ago

JA asking for a page in the depo....referencing that Lees depo "probably" spoke to his mom

JA you said probably at minimum of passing---i dont think I made a big deal

Apparently, it is a hawk that likes to come and perch outside the window after lunch.

Both of my kids are in their rooms (Judah asleep, Katherine having "quiet time"), and I was going to enjoy some interrupted trial time. Got frustrated that I couldn't get the video to work on wesh.com or orlandosentinel.com when finally it dawned on me - my kids aren't in the room, I can watch it on TV!

by the way - room service in teh hospital isn't too bad LOL

i can order extra stuff for meals like muffins, bagels and jam etc stuff it away and have snacks.

i haven't seen choc. cake or brownies on the menu yet - but i'm still hopefull may have to put "times 2 or 3" beside it if they show up LOL
