Insession is reporting that during lunch break, Lee went to lunch at a sandwich shop and ate alone.

What do those actions tell you? Didn't want to deal with Cindy, George and/or attorney? Hmmmmm .....

I wish there were a man around him that could at least let him talk about his feelings. I dont doubt that this issue has gone on for quite some time.

Remember that screenshot from a couple of days ago where you see Bozo talking to Casey and she has that big old grin on her face like it is Christmas morning? I wonder if he was telling her, "Hey, your mom is going to lie for you on the stand!"

I am so sick of Jean Casarez and her overly dramatic psychic abilities as to reading the jurors' minds. 'And the airrrr was suuccckkked out of the roooooom......." She does it all the time. She sounds like Ann Curry doing an interview.

Yeah, I'm getting a little (a lot) irritated with Jean Casarez with her drama, and Sonny Hostin with her over the top interpretations. And funny you mentioned Ann Curry...UGH! Nice lady, but can't spit out a story without stumbling over words, and honestly, I don't think she listens to herself...it's like she can't answer a question about what she just said. (So O/T.)

The defense wants the jury to believe that all of this was a tragic accident that got to the point it did because Cindy was such a tyrant who ruled the house and had everyone afraid of her. If you take a look back at some of the testimony, as well as the jail tapes, I think it's Casey who ruled the roost and had everyone afraid. I don't think casey was afraid of Cindy for a second! Look at the way she spoke to Cindy on the jail tapes and how Cindy kowtowed back to her. And look at some of the things Casey did before Caylee died. She stole money from her grandparents, lied to her parents, stole from them, too, pretty much got her way in everything. Does that sound like someone who was afraid of their mother?

I dont know if any of you heard of the Steve Wilkos show, but I was watching one episode a week or so ago and it was about a girl 18 and her real father who are having a relationship. The dad said he does not even look at his daughter like a daughter. She says there is nothing wrong with them having sex. The kicker was she thought she was pregnant

The daughter also wanted to know if he was cheating on her, if so she would leave him. Lie detector said he was. He also just found out she thought she was pregnant and told her he did not want to have it. Well thank god it came back negative. But he convinced her he was not having an affair. She bought the lie and they went home together. I am not sure what the mothers stance is in all of it. But that is an extremly disfunctional family.

Just for arguments sake lets say the defense team ganged up on Lee and told him that he had to lie on the stand and say that there was abuse and he agreed to do it and when it came down to it he couldn't do it.

Interesting. Or maybe, Lee DID admit something, but now won't testify to it? It sure looks like the defense was expecting different testimony.

Body language expert is saying that Casey's crying was real and the first time she's shown real emotion. Expert also said that Lee was sitting back on the stand was showing he is pulling away from Casey and distancing himself from her.

Well one person for sure did not let her get away with it was Amy. So one or another no matter who she stole from she got caught and was held accountable. Parents did not want to do that.

Yes, I think that is entirely possible and is probably very close to what happened. I think that also explains why we have seen him very little in attendance during the trial and why he was alone at lunch today. He couldn't do what was expected of him.

Baez is maaad that defense is bringing up the point that Lee reached out to Baez after refusing to meet with him for his previous testimony!!

Why would Lee want to meet with him prior to this testimony and not prior to his first testimony? Oh ... because Baez said it was important and that made an impact on Lee a few days later? Hmmmmmm .....

Oooh - now they're trying to get Lee on impeachment with regard to previous testimony! Whoa! And Baez is getting ticked!!!

If a toddler is wearing a 2T while they are in diapers, that same child could easily wear that 2T at nearly 3 years of age while wearing panties, even if they had gained weight. The diaper would have taken up a lot of hiney space.

my dd is almost 6 and believe it or not can still wear shorts that she wore when she was 2-3. as far as i'm concerned size doesn't matter (don't men agree with that HAHAHAHAHAHHA)

The entire Anthony family are a bunch of freaks. That child is better off where she is.

That whole family is whack-a-doodle. A week ago, I would have said people were crazy if they thought Lee Anthony was Caylee's dad. Well...after today's nauseating testimony...I'm not quite sure.

Casey...Lee...CayLEE...coincidence? I think not...

nope i don't believe. if this baby i'm carrying was a boy we would have put my brothers names in his name - that doesn't mean i slept with them.

sometimes things are read into that just aren't there.

but i do agree that the family is nuts.
