the look on JB's face when Judge Perry was calling him out. The way JB glanced at Mason was priceless.

Like I said before, they are leading to George taking the stand, bringing up K. Holloway. To prove George was unstable. And again, I'm still convinved that the Anthony's and the defense is in this together.

What is Mason gonna say? Baez made the opening statement. I dont know what he can do to change his theory. I dont think he can convince the judge of anything at this point.

OK, we have some great people here who can come up with scenarios.

What's the scenario when ICA gets out after this train wreck? If I recall there were protester's and others at their house after the initial reporting of the child missing. What happens when ICA goes back to living her life at that house?

That's exactly what I've been wondering, too. In talking to my husband about the case (he doesn't follow it all), he said that people would probably want to have their picture taken with Casey, ala O.J. Simpson. I set him straight on that one! Murderer or not, Simpson was a celebrity, and there were crazy people who worshipped him in spite of it. On the other hand, Casey is hated by all. I haven't heard of one person who believes that Casey is innocent, and I think some real violence would erupt if she gets off. I think the whole twisted family would need police protection.

Maybe the defense told him he would be called to testify today..I'm not sure, just speculation.

The judge that is on the station I am listening to made a really good point. He said he rarely hears opening arguments from defense that is so detailed as the one was in this case. He said they basically get up and say the state is wrong, they are going to show everyone the truth so stay tuned. He said this way they leave the door open for the defense to change their story as the trial plays out. Since Baez went on and on and on with every detail under the sun, he backed himself into a corner. Now that Baez sees that the sexual abuse thing is going to be hard to prove, he either needs to not address it, which the jury will certainly notice, or bumble through with it.

The defense is working a three ring circus right now. That's all this is folks. Its a show. Something tells me Judge Perry, LDB and Ashton will only take very little of it.
