She better not! We had an above ground pool when my children were little and there was NO WAY we would have "forgotton" to take the ladder off after use.

I so can't wait for the cross exam...

My kids always wore assorted sizes, the tags in the evidence photographs were 24mo and 3T, my kids easily would have worn an outfit sized like that at that age...NEXT!

I think the date stamp was in reference on the photograph that they showed. You could kind of see it was a photo of someone holding Caylee. I could only see the torso of the person and baby legs.

CA is going to take more daggers for ICA!!!!!

The video is just JB trying to make the Anthony "girls" emotional.

My sympathetic meter for CA has gone way down after her time on the stand yesterday & where their going already this morning.
Did everyone notice the smile & shoulder shrugging when she 1st sat down?
What the heck was that??!!

Cindy looks reallllllly nervous today.

Yes she does! Talking about the shorts, if Caylee was in diapers at that time, she could have been able to wear those months later without a diaper. My kids did.

Oh, no ... I got that you thought there was a date stamp on the video. I guess there are reports that there aren't? Not sure.

However, I thought that Cindy's statement about the date stamp were in regard to the photo that she was shown. I have this recording, so I will go back at lunch break and watch it to see if I can clarify.

That's what I think too (we have an above ground pool now), but it DOES happen. Heck, people leave their kids in hot cars and *I* can't imagine doing that.

And the thing about shorts is that they're gathered at the waist and baggy. Kids grow UP at that age, more than out. And the stretchy part makes them last a long time.

I think Cindy is going for an accidental drowning, without George involved. I could just see the defense saying because of Casey's screwed up mind and sexual abuse, Casey had thrown George into the story because she was so distraught.

Cindy says Caylee could climb ladder to pool herself. Wow!! I thought she'd say that Caylee still needed help and couldn't get up there herself. Can't wait til they ask about ladder position to see if she changes testimony on that.

Cindy's hands look tighter on Caylee in the 2nd photo. Plus, looks like they keep having Caylee pause--because who let's a child of that age not look what they are doing???

It hurts me to say this but watching Cindy react to seeing these pics means NOTHING to me. A week ago I would be in tears right along with her, but after yesterday, NOTHING
