After you tell me "Who is buried in Grant's tomb?"
Ohhhh I can answer that. No one is burried in grants tomb

And the time of the 3:00 parade depends on the precise interval between your current coordinance and the coordinance of the parade outset, taking into account the accuracy of the planned parade commencement chronology.
I asked that question before and was told he had been tested. I have found no information on the web about this though.
I think if Baez had any evidence to support the abuse claim he would have concentrated on George and Casey. I don't think bringing in botanists and dna experts from the Neverlands is working.
Blue light from the sun is scattered by oxygen in the atmosphere. The atmosphere scatters violet light even more effectively, but our eyes are more sensitive to blue.
So the sky is blue because of us. Really it is violet!

"when you get acquitted, do you want to go out with me?"
"A date? Really?"
"Yeah--we could go to Universal."
"You are such a romantic!"
Do you have a pocket protector?
If you mean "it depends where you are standing and what time the parade manager starts the parade" then yes.
And you didn't strangle that girl? (Note to anyone searching my computer...I'm kidding. I don't condone strangling. The situation with Juror #4 reminds me of the time I sat on a jury for a armed robbery case.
A young man (23, blond and good looking) went into a hotel and robbed it by gunpoint.
The case was pretty simple. They even had him on tape. He had a sweatshirt with a hood, but it was clearly him.
We had one juror who would not convict. She admitted that she thought he did it, but she didn't want to send someone so young to prison. We sat there for almost a week, trying to convince her. We sent 3 hung jury letters to the judge. He kept sending us back.
This girl should never have be placed in the jury. She was 19 and very immature. She never listened during the trial. There were several instances when we were discussing evidence and she had no idea what we were talking about. She kept crying everytime we would state the facts of the case. She cried because she was missing school. She cried because she was missing her boyfriend. She cried because she missed her dog.
Finally she voted guilty. This was the morning of day 7. I think she voted more for herself than about the case, but we were happy to be done with it.
One of the bailiffs came to her afterward and told her she had done the right thing and she shouldn't feel guilty. The defendant had robbed 4 hotels from NY to FL. He was picking up money on his way to spring break. He had already been convicted in 3 other states. This information never was disclosed during our trail.
I can see Juror 4 holding out. I would rather have someone with a strong opinion either way than someone who doesn't want to be there in the first place.
I don't think George was specifically tested, IIRC. I think that the testing of Caylee and Casey ruled out a blood relative being the father. Maybe?I asked that question before and was told he had been tested. I have found no information on the web about this though.

as long as they were the water proof bandaids so that they stay stuck on through the 6 months, how many storms, at least 1 hurricane and god knows how many animals
Somewhere in Florida is a guilty coyote with all the answers. If only LE hadn't focused solely on Casey.and not just any animals......COYOTES!!
Yesterday on HLN, they aired a clip from one of the prison phone conversationss where Lee asked Casey how she came to find Baez. She told him that she heard his name and that he was good through inmates. If I'm not mistaken, she told someone (an inmate, I think) to have Baez get in touch with her. That's how she found Baez ... while in prison. Allegedly because we all know Casey isn't the most honest person.
And Sonny on In Session said the only reason she can think of for George to cover this up was that maybe he is Caylee's father? Wasn't he tested and that was ruled out? Seems like that would be easy to prove or disprove.
Maybe she *ahem* previously knew him......
If I am not mistaken(I have been known to make mistakes and since there are so many facts to remember about this case, please forgive me if this turns out to be wrong.) the reason they did they DNA test on George and Lee is because they wanted to go ahead and rule out paternity JUST IN CASE it happened to be suspected later. I don't think anybody thought it to be true but in case the defense tried to claim it, they would already have results since they were doing other DNA test at the time.

About your last comment...exactly!I don't think George was specifically tested, IIRC. I think that the testing of Caylee and Casey ruled out a blood relative being the father. Maybe?
InSession is replaying Baez's opening statement. I have it stopped, so if anyone else is watching, I'm behind.
Baez said Casey and George searched inside the house for Caylee, then they both came outside...Casey came around toward the left side of the house, George "went that way, towards the pool". "As soon as Casey came around this corner and went back, she saw George Anthony holding Caylee in her arms. She immediately grabbed Caylee and began to cry, and cry, and cry. And shortly thereafter, George began to yell at her..." We all know what George allegedly yelled...Cindy PO's, yada yada yada. "She cried and cried and asked for her father's help. And shortly thereafter, her father did help. And it was at this moment that Casey should have been stronger; Casey should have called 911, Casey should have done the right thing, and that's what she's guilty of. She's not guilty of murder; this is not a murder case. This is not a manslaughter case. This is a sad tragic accident that snowballed out if control. Her death was covered up. Why did George do this? Why didn't HE call 911? Again, if the investigation had gone in a different direction, maybe we'd have the answers to those questions, maybe we'd have those answers, but unfortunately we don't. We've done our best, and will do our best to bring all the information to you, but that unfortunately will go unanswered."
My notes...I'm not sure what door he's saying, but I know they used the garage door and I think the left side of the house is closer to getting into the backyard; also, THE POOL is on the left in the backyard...how did George get there first, and in time to get Caylee's body OUT of the pool, by the time Casey arrived? AND...the right side of the house I think has a shed blocking the gate, and also I think the gate was kept locked.Even if it wasn't locked...look at the aerial view of the house. That scenario just doesn't seem feasible (well, on more levels than just this).
The Anthony house, aerial view:

And Baez isn't going to offer an explanation of WHY George didn't call 911 and just offered to hide the body?? Because the prosecution can offer plenty of reasons why someone WOULDN'T do that.
They were both ruled out. It's my understanding that the tests on Caylee and Casey, with George being Casey's father, ruled out George as Caylee's father.I think it was only done on Lee. Remember when Baez snuck in that reference that Lee was tested. I'm sure if George had been tested he would have brought that up as well.
If you watch the opening statement, Baez gives the impression they left by the same door. Then he goes on to say that Casey went one way...which is the short way to the pool...and George went the other...which is the long way to the pool.I questioned that before too about them both going outside, the only thing I could come up with is that he went to the backyard and she went to the front and the met up in the backyard after she went through the gate.
