Oh, no ... we get BOTH our names in large bold print and we both get a majority of profit! We're a team on this one. Me with the idea, you with the dialog! Don't worry about the computer -- mine has "rate and types of human decomposition" (don't look that up ... I learned the hard way), chloroform making, Xanax, stuffing bodies in a trunk, tons on Casey Anthony, etc. on it. We're all screwed!

i don't understand how this guy can testify with nothing to show anything on him because baez didn't do his job.

i could get on the stand and start talking but doesn't make me an expert.

cross might be put on hold but i don't understand why baez is still able to continue with him until both sides are prepared not just baez

Yes, we heard, but I wonder about the perjury issue. It's probably not worth it at this point to pursue anything.

So, they have a sidebar after repeated sustained objections by Ashton, and Baez comes back and asks THE SAME QUESTION. Does he have short term memory issues?

Witness accepted by the court as an expert in DNA analysis. Just wait until Ashton gets a hold of him.
