Yeah that is really obvious, he is not wanting to give the state anything, it's almost bad for the defense that he is acting like this.

Exactly! This guy looks so much like he just does NOT want to agree with the state, that he's just giving the answers he was hired by the defense to give. And, I think he looks like he wants to cry.

If the beginning bugs were in the bags would they have all been washed away when it rained or flooded in that area, not to mention buzzards and other birds havinga buffet on all the bugs.

This whole testimony is disgusting but there has to be some logical explanation to all this.

Yes! Ashton got the bug guy to say that the body was probably put in that spot 2 to 4 days after death. And the bug guy knows that that's NOT what the defense wants him to say.

Love Jeffy boy....he's a hothead but smart! Falling right in line, right? Caylee started decomping somewhere else (ie the car) and then dumped. Im feeling a bit sorry for this chap!

but there was no body found - it was 6 months later and their were only bones so how the hell weere the "early colony" still there on the "body"
they would have left LONG LONG LONG before the bones (not body) was found

I think its interesting that Channel 9 pointed out that Linda Kenny Baden called this Tim Harrington on December 11 the day the body was found.

Caylee wasn't identified until a week later.

How did LKB know unless Casey told her that the body was Caylee?

Hope the state brings this up!
