I respect her and think she's awesome, but this bothers me. How can that be true? I can't believe that there aren't a few accidental drownings where the people panic and don't report it and, um, ditch the body.

Probably because if you did a search, you would find that in all cases where COD was accidental drowning....this would be true.

I didn't see that anyone posted an objection to that statement, so it pretty much must be.

In all my life, I have heard of any situation that contradicts what Dr G said.

If Baez is worth his weight in money made off of Caylee--he will get one of his team on it stat to see if they can find any situation where the victim died in an accidental drowning and the reporting of the death was delayed or the victim was found prior to someone stating why they died.

I would bet his state tax payer income that they won't find anything and the expert testimony of the ME will stand.

One other thing I noticed: how does someone who has been in jail for 3 years get their eyebrows waxed so perfectly? Does the defense bring her in tweezers / wax to get her "court ready"?

Must be less biased than it sounds and more of a picture representation of prosecutions/ME explanation of how Caylee metamorphosed into the to her condition at the time she was found.

Now, I do know that "recreations" are admissible as evidence. I guess this is why it is being allowed.

I wonder if Defense will present a video of their own.

You could argue that we don't know about any of the accidental drownings that are not reported, we only know about the accidental drownings that are reported, and by Dr. G's testimony, 100% of the accidental drownings that are reported, are reported immediately.

The statement is of what is known--not of what is unknown. And if there are more Casey's around getting away with that...that is not a good thing.

I have been holding off going to the store because of Dr G and waiting for the $5 Bounty coupon on Facebook (Got it!)
