Can always count on you for info! TY!

But, the body was out in the woods, and there had been a ton of water at some time. Obviously, parts of her body (bones) were moved by animals...why is it so unbelievable that the skull would move, by an animal, or water movement? BUT...when her body was found, didn't whoever called it in say that someone might have kicked the skull? That makes me wonder if they're providing an explanation before the question has really been asked, KWIM?

If the area where the skull was found was under water for a while isn't it possible it could have "moved" that way. And who isn't to say some animal ran over it or by and kicked it or knocked it so it moved then. Isn't it possible that since it was in the elements for some time that there could be sediment in several places depending on how long it laid a certain way.:confused3

I see we were thinking along the same lines.

Also why does the defense keep asking if they cut the skull? Was the skull cut or sawed into at some point?

hey, I never said the defense made any sense LOL!

Mason mentioning Dr Werner Spitz who had a differing opinion than dr G...

Oh, I've seen that witch doctor before. :scared1: That is one weird guy. I can't imagine any jury taking him seriously. He always seems to be hired by or consulted by the defense. I can't imagine any prosecution team wanting a top-notch, qualified, and respected expert witness hiring him. It sure doesn't surprise me that his opinion is different from Dr. G's.

He keeps trying to trick her into saying that it's not a homicide because she doesn't know what killed Caylee---She refuses to be cowed.

he gets mad about her saying that 100% of children drownings have been reported because a parent wants to save their child---even if the child is stiff they call

Well, 99.9% if we include Casey.:rolleyes1 But still--she'd be the only idiot to not call if her statements are true.

LOVED LOVED LOVED the smile on her face while leaving the courtroom! Go DR. G!!!

I agree, I loved the look on her face as she left the stand!

Dr. G. was AWESOME! She's a sassy lady.... And supremely dedicated to her work.

They are about to do an animation of a picture of Casey and Caylee, with Caylee's face morphing into the skull

Ewwwwww.

Question--why a picture of both of them?

I could see why the defense would not want that. I'm not sure it contributes anything by bias to the case. I'm no fan of the defense--but this video sounds just creepy.

Awwwww! It is nice to see the real Casey back in action. I missed that scowl.

:lmao:

Okay--i am not sure the video should be allowed--but I kind of hope it is as I anxiously await Casey's next silent soliloquy of Woe is Me, They must Pay attention to Me.

And a slight edit to a famous Rhett Butler Quote:

Frankly, Casey, I don't give a darn.:cheer2:

A few pages back I was surprised that they did not make a head her size, and the same size tape and to show how far it would have wrapped around her.

She said that 100% of accidental drownings are reported.

I respect her and think she's awesome, but this bothers me. How can that be true? I can't believe that there aren't a few accidental drownings where the people panic and don't report it and, um, ditch the body.

I hope I that didn't sound that way. I can't remember what this is about :lmao: but surely I'm on your side. :flower3:

To demonstrate the possibility that the tape could be over the mouth/nose, since the skin/tissue adds more size to the skull. Not sure that's a very good description.
Sounds like Baez may actually win this objection :scared1:
It does...I think.

You could argue that we don't know about any of the accidental drownings that are not reported, we only know about the accidental drownings that are reported, and by Dr. G's testimony, 100% of the accidental drownings that are reported, are reported immediately.
