The issue will be that the defense DID open the skull and saw circle of residue on left side. Skull was found upright. Moved?

You all should note when the medical examiner just said they did not saw open the skull. That will be important later.

What does this mean? Are the defense and prosecs arguing if the skull had been cut open??

the jury isn't in the courtroom. Casey is looking at graphic pics of Caylee's skull. She's LOOKING at these pics. She's not crying but she does look pissed. That makes me believe that she's putting on a front when the jury is in the room. Wow.

From what I gather, Dr G did not open the skull when she did her autopsy. The defense then hired this other doctor whose results differ from Dr G. He DID open the skull and supposedly found sediment on one side of the skull. The skull was found upright . Their contention, I think, is that the skull was moved because the sediment shows the skull was lying on its side... I think thats it.

Also, when there is a new witness. Jose Baez greets the witness in front of the jury. He DIDN'T acknowledge the witness on the stand when the jury wasn't present.

Drama Queen.

Or did she run out of her ration of Kleenex?

I will have to see the rest of the Dr G later. Never fails when someone has to do something always something happens.

Can always count on you for info! TY!

But, the body was out in the woods, and there had been a ton of water at some time. Obviously, parts of her body (bones) were moved by animals...why is it so unbelievable that the skull would move, by an animal, or water movement? BUT...when her body was found, didn't whoever called it in say that someone might have kicked the skull? That makes me wonder if they're providing an explanation before the question has really been asked, KWIM?

State's exhibit K-T is the clothing remains. This is the same shirt my daughter has, and we sometimes call her by her initials, KT.

The shirt by itself is funny.

But in this case it is downright condemning. Especially considering it is the shirt chosen to bury this poor little girl.

I am not going to buy that this little one, woke up, got out of her jammies--picked THIS shirt, drowned and then was tossed.:sad2:

If the area where the skull was found was under water for a while isn't it possible it could have "moved" that way. And who isn't to say some animal ran over it or by and kicked it or knocked it so it moved then. Isn't it possible that since it was in the elements for some time that there could be sediment in several places depending on how long it laid a certain way.:confused3
