Anyone have a list of the CURRENT FORMAL charges against Casey? I see there are some from 2008, before the body was found. Not sure what the charges are for this trial.

I was wondering...if she's not found guilty of 1st degree murder, how much possible prison time might be for the other charges? I can't imagine her being found "not guilty" of the charges of lying to LE.

Pretty sure it is 1st degree murder, aggravated manslaughter, aggravated child abuse, and providing false info to LE.

Maryann, I think it may be the same. They just added the death penalty after they found the body. I only say this because the original indictment had 7 counts and I still think its 7 counts total/combined.

I heard Bill Schaeffer earlier today saying that if she gets convicted of Aggravated manslaughter and aggravated child abuse, it could be 60 years? If you find anything , post it, Id love to know.

Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland found Anthony guilty on six of the charges: one count of grand theft, four counts of check forgery, and fraudulent use of personal identification.

Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland found Anthony guilty on six of the charges: one count of grand theft, four counts of check forgery, and fraudulent use of personal identification.

She was sentenced to time served, 412 days and is being held currently without bail on the charges against Caylee....

Oh sorry, yeah time served is all oh and I think it said 1 year probation. She's in jail now and has been with no bail for the current charges.

I am watching insession and seeing the picutes they are showing. I have to change this. I am in tears. I look at my own kids and everything I do is for them. I just could not imagine hurting my child no less throwing them out like trash. These pictures are making this real today for me. I really hope this jury finds her guilty and gives her the death penalty. To me it does not matter if it was an accident or not she threw her out like trash!!!

They were showing the crime scene photos. They have blurred out the remains but you know what you are seeing. It just made me sick!
