I miss being in Orlando like we were last week. The local Fox news down there never cut to commercial. It was so nice to be able to watch the coverage uninterrupted.

Wow, kind of a letdown with the tattoo artist. I figured his testimony would be more of a bombshell.

Don't people chat with the artist to explain why they are gettiNg their tattoo. Pretty chilling to get a tattoo under suspicious circumstances and not mentioning the daughter at all. I think her lack of stating anything to him is just as valuable.

not always - i have 4 and i think 2 weren't really talked about much. they are small, didn't take long and not "special" as far as "ohhhh this is different why are you getting this"


BUT

he's known her for years and they didn't talk about why she's getting it - not to mention isn't this her first tattoo? a big one with words tends to envoke a "oh why are you getting this done" response

Lord, the defense really wants to play ugly. LDB stood to make sure that the minor evidence will be the only thing to do tomorrow as well as the defense argument for acquittal. She wanted to make sure that they could trust the defense and they don'tt pull any surprises and start their case tomorrow. Baez basically said, we don't need to tell you anything.. she answered "Yes you do"

All this after JP said the defense would start Thursday. Shows that no one trusts the defense. There is no love lost here.......

Looks like they will label evidence that hadn't been labeled. The State will rest and they the defense will argue for acquittal. That should be it.
