Why would you have a black plastic garbage bag in a suitcase?

No clue.

Prosecution is up to 298 pieces of evidence.

Honestly it seems like the prosecution could connect these dots a little closer for the jury, IMO.

What's his point about the duct tape not being on any of the lawn equipment???

what pic are you guys talking about?

the only ones i've seen were pixd out

Yesterday there were pics of the hairmat and her entire skeleton up on the website. They removed them fairly quickly. When I seen them I was like "Oh carp!" so I saved them.

Then if you consider Rubbish....

That is trash in England or a description of the Defense's strategy. Take your pick.

We're not so picky here about what we call it so I'd be in deep do-do on the stand. We call it garbage, trash and rubbish.

Baez told this gentleman he couldnt testify intelligently, this gentle man came back and said he could. Sorry I am still asleep

:scared1: WTH! That's horrible! And YAY to the bug guy!

Yeah that was hilarious how he brought up how Baez hadn't paid him yet! LOL Embarrassing Baez!

 :thumbsup2

Gee, no duct tape roll found in the home....let's see, Casey used it to wrap up her kids mouth and tossed it in the garbage when done, and of course garbage is now long gone since poor Caylee's body wasn't found for so long. I could see whatever she used on Caylee being tossed in the dumpster next to where her car was when it got towed.

So...because the only place where there's duct tape is on the gas cans, then that means...???

I don't get why the Hinkel duct tape can only be traced to George, as the defense claims.

This case has me thinking...

  1. Make sure we check the front door (that we NEVER use) for notices
  2. Sign out the duct tape to other family members and keep track of exactly what they used it for
  3. Tell DH to react hysterically if I'm ever on the phone with 9.1.1. even if he has no idea what he just walked into
  4. Follow my adult children to their jobs and nannies to be sure they're telling the truth
I'm sure there's more...MUCH more.

well this is interesting

is it new that this kind of evidence is admited in a case? with the video?

i must have missed it before but what the hell is the difference between "trash" and "garbage"

isn't it 2 names for the same thing?

when this all first came up, it had to google that too.

Think of it this way:
Garbage = garbage disposal = wet food waste & stuff like that

Trash = trash compactor = dry stuff & package & stuff like that

That made me laugh, mainly because I could see my husband actually doing that if someone wanted to used his stuff. :lmao: Sign it out, state your purpose and I'll have to look it over when you return it.

He gets all bent out of shape when I use his tools, like the hammer and don't put it back immediately after use.

Don't google how to make chloroform 82 times....

:confused3 Reminds me of what we say about DH's friend's wife "Sometimes she just doesn't HAVE a point."

See, this is what happens when I don't pay complete attention. No duct tape roll found in the house? Didn't George use it to put up posters of Caylee, so doesn't that put him in possession of it? But, I'm not sure of the timing of the search of the house vs the search for Caylee (and putting up the signs).

Don't forget to note the day and time your daughter starts her periods and take her to a gynecologist when she is 12 and has cramps!

Excellent way to put it!

So what you're saying is that trash is the new recycling

Don't google how to make chloroform 82 times....

i still think that's extreamly excessive.

how stupid do you have to be that once you find out how to make it you don't print off a copy to have???

or at least save the link to return to it but why do a new search 80 plus times? doesn't make sense.

Oh boy, did I get a little lecture about that recently! We're redoing a bathroom, so I've been tearing down tile and wallpaper, and DH pointed out how many repeat tools I had on the floor of the linen closet.
Don't google how to make chloroform 82 times....
Silly me! How could I forget that one!
Hiding our face again.... :confused3
Was something upsetting? Or is she just getting confused on which cue from Mama Simms means what?
