I just watched the discussion about the death and grieving "expert", just curious: did anyone else think it looked like none of Casey's lawyers can even look her in the eye anymore? It seemed like most of them just walked out and she was left sitting there to fiddle around with the folders until she was brought back to jail.

Nice thing about my job, it allows me to get caught up on the recordings of the day.

I have been impressed by all the cops that have testified w/their attention to detail. Yuri, however, was very impressive in his recounting of the events, as well as knocking down Baez when he tried to get his implications into the record.

Speaking of Baez, if my father was able to watch this, he'd be turning over in his grave (he was a defense lawyer). He's throwing everything he can think of at the wall in hopes that something will stick. I like that the judge wasn't granting any leeway on the videos. I actually was laughing at the request for a mistrial because his feelings were hurt (okay, understand the real reason he asked, but it came across that way).

On one of the 911 calls Casey asks Cindy "for one more day".
So what was going to happen in one more day?

Were George and Cindy going to be killed by Caylee's "kidnappers"? Was the neck breaking and other searches for her parents demise?

Just think, if that happened Casey would have the house, Tony could come over at anytime and stay (like she told him would be happening soon), Amy could move in like she told her they were going to do (this went so far that Amy had already had her mail forwarded to the Hopespring house before Casey finally told her it was off) and Casey really could be living her good life.

I was wondering about Casey telling her friends about her parents giving her the house, or whatever the exact lie was, and if she was planning to kill them.

He had 3 years. Is he just now realizing she "grieves differently"?

Seriously! This is pretty much the basis of their defense, how she deals with things, and Bozo is just coming up with this now? Wonder if this expert can cite examples of other cases where a mother grieved by wrapping duct tape around her dead chid, burying her in the woods, and then lying through her teeth and partying 24/7.

Re-watched...they do seem to kind of leave, don't they.

You know, I wondered yesterday if Casey looked like she felt she was backed into a corner, watching those tapes. I thought it would be the perfect timing for a dramatic confession, or at the very least, a breakdown! I don't think it will ever happen to her tho...it hasn't happened yet. I do like the question, because I've wondered myself (and then decided "no way")...but do you think anyone would vote "yes"?

I have had another dark thought over the past few years, to do with Casey hiding her pregnancy until her 7th month. A friend of hers has said that once Casey announced her pregnancy, she also expressed an interest in adoption and this friend was looking into adopting Caylee. I believe the story goes that Cindy would have none of this.

I have wondered.....if Casey had been able to hide that pregnancy for just two more months, would anyone have EVER known about the baby? Or would Caylee have been another newborn who wound up in a dumpster?

Yup, I bet it would have been a newborn in those woods.

Aw, sweet. Those two ladies at the courthouse were nice to her and kind of took care of her. And all sorts of other people...going to court seems to make her feel so SPECIAL!
