so are you reading that as in casey won't let me see my granddaughter?

maybe because i know caylee had been ....gone for at least 2 weeks that it just looks like she's talking about her death not just not being able to see her.

Since Defense claims that all of this was hidden from Cindy--I am going to go with the fact that Cindy didn't know when she wrote this and she was just addressing Casey's evasive behavior that was contrary to the prior 2+ years where Cindy didn't go 1-2 days without seeing/hearing from her granddaughter.

It is written in an eerily manner though.

But I do know that people refer to their children/grandchildren as "angels" or "angels sent from above" when the child is very much alive and well.

It almost reads like a prophecy in that regard.

My son was head down forever and one night I felt like he was going to burst out of my body a la "Alien", and ended up sideways. This was at about 7 1/2 months. Then a week or so before my due date, he clawed his way (I swear, it was like he was climbing a tree) back into a head down position. I was induced 2 days late...he weighed 11 lbs 5 oz. My oldest DD was 10 lbs 1 oz (but a C-section) and then I had two VBACs...my 2nd DD (10 lbs 5 oz) and then my son.

I had a revelation this morning about Casey's tattoo. I think the defense team is going to say she did it to commemorate Caylee in a non-obvious way-- to celebrate Caylee's "beautiful life." Anyone else think this is plausible?

If I remember correctly Casey hadn't been letting them see Caylee for like a month before she went offically missing.

You're correct. She was making up stories as to why she couldn't come home or why they couldn't see Caylee. Trip to Tampa...she's with Zanny...we're going to Jacksonville...can't talk right now, car accident.... lie after lie after lie.

My take on it is that Casey was at the point where she wanted a life without this little girl and the only way she could do that would be to pretend that Caylee was missing and make sure she stayed "missing". I'm wondering who watched this little girl when "zanny" was supposedly watching her....is Zanny xanex and did Casey drug her and put her in the trunk of the car with tape on her mouth....car got too hot and she died in there? I don't know... I just think this little child was in the way of Mommy having a good time with boys, booze and friends.

What the heck was she doing when she was supposed to be at work all those days that she "went to universal" and walked out the door of the house with her universal nametag on....what a crock of dung. And all that time, he Mom watched Caylee thinking that Casey was going to work. Who was she stealling money from all that time so she could fill the gas tank of the car, make purchases...pay for a cell phone etc? She had no income.

Do you know Auntie Claire at the Prime Time Cafe? She refers to everyone as "my angels!" and I picked up on it. I often refer to my kids, joking around, as "my angels!". Also, "snots", like Casey referred to Caylee.

When oldest was born we had a black lab with enormous paws who weighed 125 lbs. (I'm not his bio mother tho. ) I think there's something in the water! I was 8 lbs, DH was 8 lb 13 oz. Apparently, you add those together and get babies over 10 lbs!

Sure. They will have to explain it. But Casey will have to say it on the stand. She told noone that Caylee was missing or died. Doubt she explained her tattoo to any witnesses.

it wasnt' something i wanted her being called - i he kept doing it so i asked if he wanted me to tell her to start calling him sh t head

didn't think much of it when someone posted that casey called her snot nose of snotty or whatever it was. people have all kinds of nick names for their kids - could have come from a cold that past winter when she literally was a snot nose

Wow! You were all over the place! I hope my DD has a more "normal" sized baby than I did.

You're a very good analyst! I think it's looking more and more like Casey will take the stand. They'll try to make her look like a sympathetic figure. She'll explain away why she lied. She'll cry on cue, sob about the loss of her precious baby. If she's found "not guilty" she'll have a job in Hollywood waiting for her.

Yes, FL does.

I do think enough "reasonable" sympathy has been provided that will let her off the DP hook...maybe.

I'm not sure if they will bring that up or not.

I am not certain what motive prosecution is going for at this moment.

So far, they are just establishing that "something happened" and "casey told noone".

Haven't gotten to WHY.

Anyone know if they are going to get to that? I'm not certain when they would discuss motive.

Exactly...if you're so in love...then why not call and share your feelings with him. Easier to avoid his questions in text form...
