I have SO MUCH to catch up on. There are text message that weren't allowed in as evidence? To/from whom?

Is court today from 9 - 1, or 1 - 4? I'm watching DVRd HLN shows, and they said something about coverage from 1 - 4, but I'm not sure if that's when court is in session, or just when their coverage of it is.

Text messages were AOL IM conversations between TonyL and Casey.

Court is supposed t be from 9-1 today

There is still so much for the prosecution to go through. There is also Tony Russgiano (sp) another guy she was seeing. He was a cop who was fired right after this all came up because he lied about his relationship with her. There is Amy H. There is the forensics. Lee, Cindy...There are Cindy's mother and brother. The jailhouse videos with that angry face and saying that people only care about caylee. I mean the prosecution has 600 witnesses. Wonder which ones will be used to testify.

I don't know if Casey has/had a facebook account but it was launched in 2004 and has been available to everyone aged 13+ since 2006. So maybe.

Good morning everybody! Got my coffee and am ready to go. My DH is looking for some headphones for me to plug into the computer so he doesn't have to listen to this all morning. I bet he didn't plan on our holiday weekend starting out like this!

teh father's been on twice so far and the ex is now on for a second time.

why dont' they ask all their questions the first time

Are there any LONG term friends of Casey's? Everyone seems to be new...new boyfriends, and their friends, and friends of their friends. And this new "job" as the shot girl manager of whatever. Where are the long-term friends? (I know there are some, like the above mentioned Navy guy, but as far as the life she was leading at the time, and in the months before.) Because it seems to me, if she suddenly had all these new friends, who were living young people's lives of partying and traveling, she was seeing what she could have.

As far as her relationship with Caylee...was it loving, or a young woman having fun with a child...kind of a toy? The one who was going to love HER unconditionally? I have two ex-SILs (my brother can pick the doozies...he's on wife #3, less than half his age ) and both of them used to awkwardly get all kissy and affectionate with their kids, like they were putting on a show, and showing everyone what great mothers they were. Two of my nieces do not speak with their mother, and haven't for many years...in reality, she was a rotten mother.

i think watching all the law shows is starting to confuse me on reality court.

i thought witnesses couldn't be in the court during testimony yet casey's mom and dad are sitting there.

if they keep recalling them he's hearing all the testimony and can change statements to refute or match other testimony.

or is that just something thats done on tv?
